1. [Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Zhongli Illegally Arrested

Police from the Xinglongbao Town Police Station illegally arrested Mr. Wang Zhongli for distributing Falun Gong materials in Xinglongbao Town on December 10, 2011. Mr. Wang is from Fahaniu Town, Xinmin. Officers from the Xinglongbao Town Police Station and Fahaniu Town Police Station later ransacked his home.

2. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Mr. Jin Furong Arrested

Officers from the Gongjiao Police Station in Changchun arrested Mr. Guo and Mr. Jin Furong at the Datun Town Farmer's Market on the morning of December 8, 2011. The two were taken to the Gongjiao Police Station, then transferred to Datun Police Station. They were released that same night.

3. [Jilin, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Jun and Ms. Wang Lanying Arrested

At around noon of December 10, 2011, Mr. Li Jun and Ms. Wang Lanying distributed truth-clarification materials about Falun Gong, such as calendars and brochures. Police from the Xiangshui Police Station arrested them and detained them somewhere in Gongzhuling.

4. [Shuangcheng, Heilongjiang Province] Wujia Town Police Arrests Three Practitioners

Officers from the Wujia Town Police Station in Shuangcheng City arrested Ms. Zang Jinxiu from Daonan, Wujia Town; Ms. Zheng Shining, 71; and Ms. Du Guilian, 64, from Nuanquan Village on December 9, 2011. The police confiscated their computers, audio recorders, Dafa books, and portraits of the founder of Falun Gong, along with other personal items. In the afternoon, the police extorted 3,500 yuan each from the two elderly practitioners. Ms. Zang Jinxiu is detained at the Shuangcheng City Detention Center.

6. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Five Practitioners Including Mr. Liu Jianmin Arrested

On the evening of December 8, 2011, officers from the Jiankanglu Police Station arrested five practitioners from Harbin, including Mr. Liu Jianmin, in his late 30s; Ms. Zhang Dongmei, in her 40s; and Ms. Xiaotian, in her 40s. The police also ransacked their homes.

7. [Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Niu Fengqin and Other Practitioners Arrested

On the morning of December 7, 2011, Guangronglu Police Station officers broke into Ms. Niu Fengqin's home, confiscated her desktop computer, a laptop computer, three copies of Zhuan Falun, two copies of Hong Yin III, two MP5s, and a USB storage drive. They arrested Ms. Shen Guirong, Ms. Li Peixian, Ms. Niu Fengqin, and her daughter, Ms. Li Xiangrong, and took them to the Guangronglu Police Station.

8. [Liaocheng, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Yanrong, Ms. Wang Xiuqin, and Ms. Liu Zhaoping Sentenced to Forced Labor

Ms. Du Yanrong, Ms. Wang Xiuqin, and Ms. Liu Zhaoping from Chiping County were arrested and detained at the Liaocheng Detention Center on the morning of November 3, 2011. On December 2, they were sentenced to forced labor.

9. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Mingling Arrested

On the morning of December 2, 2011, officers with Cai Yongwang from the Zhuge Town Police Station in charge broke into Ms. Yang Mingling's home and arrested her. They confiscated Falun Dafa books. Ms. Yang Mingling was taken to Linyi.

10. [Tianjin] Ms. Wu Li Arrested

On the afternoon of December 4, 2011, officers from the Tianjin National Security Bureau, Hedong Police sub-Bureau, and Lushandao Police Station and staff from the residence committee broke into Ms. Wu Li's home. They ransacked her home and confiscated Dafa books, computers, a portable drive, USB drive, and Falun Gong materials.

11. [Jinhua, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Zhu Zuoxin Detained for Seven Days

Mr. Zhu Zuoxin was arrested for talking with people about Falun Gong on November 2, 2011. He was taken to Zhanqian Police Station. Ding Limin from the Wucheng District Police Sub-Bureau and Xia Junwu from the Dongguan Police Station took Mr. Chu's house key. They ransacked his home and confiscated three printers, two paper-cutters, a stapler, a pack of CDs, and MP3/MP4, and Falun Gong materials. The police detained Mr. Zhu Zuoxin for seven days before releasing him.

12. [Nanjing, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Lu Zhongwen and Mr. Gao Wei Arrested

On December 9, 2011, police from the 610 Office monitored Mr. Lu Zhongwen when he delivered Falun Dafa books to Mr. Gao Wei, a new practitioner. The police arrested Mr. Lu and took him to the Baixia District Forced Labor Camp. They ransacked his home, confiscated materials about Falun Gong, and Dafa books, and then took Mr. Gao Wei to a brainwashing center.

13. [Yuanping, Shanxi Province] Ms. Li Yanying and Others Arrested

Staff from the Yuanping 610 Office arrested Ms. Li Yanying from Yangfang Village in Xitangxiang and Ms. Su Heping's husband from Nanyangdian and took them to a Yuanping Brainwashing Center on December 8, 2011.

14. [Baoting County, Hainan Province] Ms. Deng Jinlan and Ms. Wu Yushu Arrested

Police arrested Ms. Deng Jinlan and Ms. Wu Yushu from Xinxing Farm in Baoting County on November 21, 2011, and detained them at a brainwashing center located at the Dongsheng Farm Inn, Qionghai City.

15. [Luoding, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Zhuoying Arrested

Police arrested Ms. Wang Zhuoying near her home on December 8, 2011. They confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun and cash found in a cabinet in her home.

16. [Ya'an, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Enshu Arrested

Plainclothes officers from the Yongxing Town Police Station arrested Ms. Li Enshu from Daxing for distributing materials about Falun Gong in Yongxing Town, Mingshan County, on December 8, 2011. Ms. Li's whereabouts is unknown.
