CCP Agents Frequently Harass Practitioners in Rushan City, Shandong Province

Jan. 8, 2012 |   By a Clearwisdom correspondent from Shandong Province, China

(Clearwisdom.net) Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members from Rushan City, Shandong Province have harassed practitioners over and over again. They have illegally broken into and ransacked the homes of practitioners and robbed them.

1. South and North Tangjia Village, Rushankou Town

At around 9:00 a.m. on December 16, 2011, two men went to the home of Ms. Tang Yingli in South Tangjia Village, Rushankou Town. They didn't introduce themselves or show any identification. They peremptorily asked Ms. Tang if she was still practicing Falun Gong. Once Ms. Tang gave an affirmative answer, they called for another two partners. Without any explanation, they robbed her home, and plundered her computer, printer, cell phone, Falun Dafa books, and truth clarification materials. They called her husband at work, ordered him home, forced him to sign a document, and threatened him to stay home and be ready for questions anytime in the following days. It was later alleged that the four men were from the Zhujiazhuan Police Station.

The men repeatedly harassed Ms. Tang on December 17, 18, and 20. Officers from the Rushan Domestic Security Division joined the harassment. They didn't show any identification, and ordered Ms. Tang to go with them, but Ms. Tang refused.

Another practitioner, Ms. Gao Xiuming of South Tangjia Village, received harassing calls before December 16, 2011. On December 16, several men came to her home, but Ms. Gao was not there. They acted like thieves, walked and randomly looked in the house, and tampered with things. Ms. Gao's mother was scared to death, worrying that they would take away her daughter. The men asked around for Ms. Gao's whereabouts.

Li Zhijun, the security officer of North Tangjia Village, led six men to a chicken farm on December 17, 2011. The female owner asked Li why he brought the men to the farm. Li said that they came to check the chickens and do registration. The owner asked who they were. Li hesitated and didn't give an answer. The owner asked them to show identification. They walked straight inside saying they wouldn't show any identification. They walked into the master bedroom, and looked around like they were looking for something. They then broke into the bedroom of the owner's sister while the owner told them not to. They rummaged around, opened and searched the sister's computer even though the owner explicitly said no. It was later reported that the leader, who was the one who opened the computer, was Yu Yan from the Rushan Domestic Security Division.

On the morning of December 18, 2011, Li Zhijun led six men to the home of Ms. Song Xiumei in North Tangjia Village, and didn't show any identification. When Ms. Song asked their purpose, they answered, “Nothing, just coming to check.” They asked questions, and searched around. It was later reported that the leader of the group was Yu Yan. Yu was about 38 or 39 years old with a square face, light skin, slightly burly figure, and taller than average. They drove a white Santana with Shandong license plate “F13196.”

2. Cuijia Village, Xiachun Town

Cui Yumin, village head of Cuijia Village, Xiachun Town, let two men into the home of Ms. Cui Zhilan on the morning of December 16, 2011. The men showed no identification, but claimed that they were from the Jinling Police Station. One had the last name of Yu. The other had the last name of Wang. When answering the purpose for their visit, they said that they were just looking and were doing registration. Ms. Cui refused to register. They then let her mother register. They said that they were going to other practitioners' homes.

They went to the home of Mr. Chou Baoye, but Mr. Chou was not at home. They waited at his neighbor's home for the entire morning before they left.

3. Shangwankou Village, Wuji Town

Ms. Wei Suzhen of Shangwankou Village, Wuji Town was reported and arrested by officers from the Wuji Police Station on September 13, 2011. After she was released, police repeatedly harassed her. Song Xiuxun, head of the village CCP Party Committee, is actively involved in the persecution. He took her to the hospital for a physical exam. They claimed that they would put Ms. Wei into a forced labor camp.

4. Harassment of Ms. Yu Jingtao

Practitioner Ms. Yu Jingtao, 42, was forced to leave home to flee persecution. Her husband later divorced her. She was subjected to three years of forced labor and was tortured in a labor camp. She came home and lived in her father's old home in late 2009. She later worked out of town.

Ms. Yu came back to Rushan to look for a job a while ago. One day, she found something was wrong when she stepped out of the door. A dark blue Santana with license tag “Q16420” was following her. In the following days, she frequently noticed the car parked between two buildings in front of her home, and the car was facing her home. The license of the car was later changed and started with an A. The car followed her when she was out.

Her home was out of power for several days in December. Her father had an acquaintance check for the reason. The property management company said that something was broken, but all her neighbors had power. When a neighbor was paying her water and power bill on her behalf, the collector asked for her phone number. The neighbor replied, “I don't know.”

Ms. Yu was kept under surveillance for nearly a month.
