CCP Members Suffer Karmic Retribution for Persecuting Falun Gong Practitioners

Feb. 14, 2012 |   By a Clearwisdom correspondent in China

(Clearwisdom) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they too be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Over the twelve years that the Chinese Communist Party has persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, many CCP officials as well as those with their own selfish agendas have participated in the persecution. They have received some petty personal gains in return, but they were not able to escape karmic retribution for their bad deeds. The following are some examples.

The Head of Hui'an Factory's 610 Office in Hu County, Shaanxi Province Dies Instantly in Motorcycle Accident

On March 4, 2011, while people were still celebrating the Chinese New Year and Lantern Festival, policeman Zhang Zhiwu was in a motorcycle accident and was killed instantly. Zhang, a policeman from Hui'an Factory's police station, is also the head of the factory's 610 Office. While riding his motorcycle, he crashed into the car in front of him.

Zhang had been participating in Jiang Zemin's persecution of Falun Gong since 1999. After he was appointed the head of the factory's “610 Office,” he arrested several practitioners who worked at the factory and ransacked their homes. He also extorted and threatened the practitioners' family members. A practitioner's family member fainted in front of Zhang yet Zhang still arrested the practitioner and took him away. The practitioner's neighbor took the family member who had fainted to the hospital for treatment.

In 2000, Zhang forced the factory to lay off all practitioners and only paid them 80 yuan (U.S. $13) per month. He also arranged for people who hadn't yet come to understand the truth of Falun Gong to monitor the practitioners. He requested that the practitioners report to the police station on a frequent basis and setup a monitoring team to check up on them at their homes. As a result, two practitioners were illegally sentenced. Ms. Yan Huiqin was the first practitioner to be tortured to death at the Shaanxi Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp. She was sentenced to the forced labor camp because of Zhang's reports. After her death, Zhang threatened other practitioners by saying “I was the one who sent Yan Huiqin to the forced labor camp.”

In April 2000, over a dozen practitioners in Hu County went to Beijing to appeal for justice on behalf of Falun Gong practitioners everywhere. They were arrested in Beijing, and taken back home where they were detained in Hui'an Hotel. Zhang made an appearance, during which time he cursed the founder of Falun Gong. Practitioners told him that he should be more respectful towards Falun Gong and that this was a very bad thing to do. Zhang didn't heed the warnings and continued using foul language and cursing Falun Gong. In the end, the heavenly principle of karmic retribution is unerring. Zhang died instantly in a motorcycle accident, and many believe this to be an example of karmic retribution.

Zhang Xingqin in Huhehaote City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Dies of Lung Cancer

Zhang Xingqin lives in Huhehaote City. Her parents live in a village in Wangdu County, Hebei Province. Deeply poisoned by CCP culture, she hated Dafa and cursed Master Li. In September 2011, she died of lung cancer at the young age of 50.

Since 1999 when the CCP started its persecution of Falun Gong, whenever Zhang went to visit her parents, she tried in every way to stop her mother from practicing Falun Gong, even though she saw the benefits her mother had received from practicing it. Practitioners in the village told her about the wonders of Falun Gong multiple times and how much her mother had benefited. Not only did she refuse to listen, however, but she also insulted Dafa, practitioners and Master Li. She also threatened to report the practitioners to police. Practitioners kept telling her that this was bad for her and that the laws of universe held that she would ultimately receive retribution for her misdeeds. But Zhang wouldn't stop. She forced her mother to give up cultivation, who then became severely sick and died in September 2001. In 2011, Zhang herself died of lung cancer.

Shi Gexin in Beijing Normal University Dies from Cancer

Shi Gexin, born in May 1949, was the Party Secretary of Beijing Normal University, a professor and also the Ph.D. supervisor for the History Department. He reported a student practitioner to the university because she was a Falun Gong practitioner, which caused the student to be harassed by police as well as the State Security Bureau. Eventually the student was expelled from the university. In Summer 2009, Shi died of cancer at the age of 61.
