The Most Stable and Unstable Factors in Today's China

April 2, 2012 |   By Zhong Yan

(Minghui.org) In recent years, the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP's) budget for “sustaining society's stability” has been increasing every year and has surpassed the defense budget for the third consecutive year. However, the more the budget allotment rises, the more unstable factors emerge. What is the core issue? What are the fundamental stable or unstable factors in Chinese society?

Falun Gong Practitioners and Kind Citizens Are the Cornerstone of Stability

Before the persecution of Falun Gong started in July 1999, according to the Xinhua News Agency, Falun Gong practitioners numbered approximately 70 to 80 million in China. The actual number was closer to 100 million. Through practicing Falun Gong, these Chinese citizens not only attained better health and helped the nation save a lot on healthcare expenses, but also became kind and good people adhering to Falun Gong's principles of Truth-Compassion-Forbearance.

When cultivators encounter conflicts, they know to look inward and improve themselves. Such a large group became a great force and the cornerstone of China's stability.

After it was introduced to the public in May 1992, Falun Dafa spread quickly in Mainland China. Touching stories spread everywhere: dying people recovered; unhappy family relationships were mended... Truth-Compassion-Forbearance inspired the Buddha nature in people's hearts. In a short period of seven years, the number of practitioners reached 100 million. If the persecution hadn't occurred, many more people would have been able to benefit from the practice in the past decade.

Even during the more than ten years of persecution, while Falun Gong practitioners have endured tremendous injustice and pain, they have persevered in resisting the persecution peacefully, clarifying the truth to people, and practicing Truth-Compassion-Forbearance.

The Persecution of Falun Gong Has Transformed the Political and Legal Committee into the Biggest Unstable Factor in China

In July 1999, out of his personal jealousy, Jiang Zemin started persecuting Falun Gong. He gave orders to “eradicate Falun Gong in three months” and issued a persecution policy at all costs and consequences. He said the “treatment of Falun Gong can go beyond the law” and to “ruin the reputation, finances and physical presence of Falun Gong.”

In order to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, Jiang gave all levels of the Political and Legal Committee (PLC) and its affiliated 610 Offices the “privilege” of being above the Chinese constitution and other laws. The entire national apparatus evolved around the persecution. Police, national security, armed police, labor camps, judiciary, law enforcement, propaganda, foreign affairs, education, culture... The PLC infiltrated all levels and all departments of government agencies and forced them to participate in the persecution.

Lies and hatred accompanied kidnapping, libel, torture, killing and even live organ harvesting. Former head of the PLC Luo Gan personally designed and directed the self-immolation hoax on Tiananmen Square to defame Falun Gong and instigate hatred among Chinese towards Falun Gong and its practitioners.

From Jiang Zemin to Luo Gan, from Zhou Yongkang to Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun, the PLC and its 610 Offices have gradually formed the “second power center” in China during the decade of the persecution. According to a recent Chinese media report, the heads of the PLC on provincial and municipal levels amounts to over 3,300. Such a national web of evil has transformed the CCP into a national mafia.

The means the PLC adopts to persecute innocent Chinese citizens have been used widely. In forcefully tearing down people's residences, persecuting people in the name of “attacking corruption,” kidnapping people on their way to sign a petition, internet censorship, confiscating personal property, retaliating against attorneys who defend persecuted individuals, retaliating against rights activists and reporters, and other injustices in society, we can see the evil shadow of the PLC.

|In order to sustain the persecution, Jiang and his proteges put a quarter of the national resources into the persecution. According to a report on March 6 by the China Real Times, China's domestic security budget surpassed the defense budget for the third consecutive year in 2012. On March 5, during the opening of the National People's Congress, the CCP released word that the “public security” budget in 2012 would increase 11.5% to about 701 billion RMB (about 111 billion USD). The CCP also announced that the defense budget would increase 11.2% to 670.3 billion RMB. In fact, the more the budget for “sustaining stability” increases, the more unstable factors emerge. Chinese society is becoming more and more unstable. The CCP is sitting on top of a volcano that may erupt at any time.

Take the recently removed Bo Xilai as an example. According to Mainland Chinese media, in the name of building five Chongqing, Bo has “borrowed” and “swindled” a lot of money and driven the debt of the city of Chongqing to over 500 billion Chinese yuan.

Ridding China of the PLC and CCP Is the Only Way Out

The PLC with Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang as chiefs is the biggest unstable factor for China and Chinese people. No one can reverse the CCP's destiny of disintegration. However, as for individual CCP members, their attitude and stance towards the persecution and their righteous actions against the evil chiefs may help them gain the opportunity to decouple their destiny from that of the CCP.

Ridding China of the PLC and CCP is the only way out for all levels of CCP cadres and the only way for Chinese society to reach true stability.
