1. [Pingdu, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Guangwei Still Detained

Mr. Wang Guangwei and his wife Ms. Sun Suling from Landi Town, Pingdu were arrested by officers from the Landi Police Station on March 14, 2012. Without informing Mr. Wang Guangwei's attorney, the court sentenced him to five and a half years in prison on September 3, 2012. Mr. Wang was sent to Jinan Prison in Shandong Province on December 20, 2012. The prison refused to accept him because his blood pressure was very high. Mr. Wang is being detained in Pingdu Detention Center.

8. [Shanghai] Mr. Xu Jiayu Arrested

On the morning of October 19, 2012, Mr. Xu Jiayu was arrested by police officers from the Guangzhonglu Police Station in Hongkou District.

On the morning of December 29, 2012, Mr. Wan Weihe (70 years old), Mr. Zhu Jie (63 years old), Ms. Wang Xueying (in her 60s) and Ms. Xu Chunhua (in her 60s) were arrested at Xihui Park by police. Mr. Wan and Mr. Zhu were detained for 15 days. Ms. Wang was detained for ten days. Ms. Xu has been released.

12. [Taian, Shandong Province] Additional Information about Mr. Zhang Xinghe

Officers from the Daiyue District Police Department and the Dawenkou Town Police Station went to ransack Mr. Zhang Xinghe's home on the morning of December 28, 2012. Mr. Zhang and his wife Feng Rilan were taken to the Dawenkou Town Police Station. Ms. Feng was released that night. Mr. Zhang was sent to the Taian Detention Center.
