1. [Qingdao, Shandong Province] Mr. Tian Yongjian's Family Not Allowed to Visit

Mr. Tian Yongjian was sentenced to eight years in prison in August 2007. He has been held in the Shandong Provincial Prison. His family went to visit him on September 13, 2013, before the Mid-autumn Festival. The guards stopped them outside the prison and didn't allow them to see him.

2. [Fuping County, Hebei Province] Ms. Meng Xiuli Sentenced

Ms. Meng Xiuli was arrested by officers from the Wanglinkou Police Station on November 4, 2012. Her attorney received a sentencing letter on September 29, 2013, after she had been held for more than 11 months. The letter stated that Ms. Meng was sentenced to four years in prison.

4. [Huizhou, Guangdong Province] Mr. Li Wei Arrested

Mr. Li Wei was arrested when he handed out Shen Yun Show DVDs on the morning of September 30, 2013.

5. [Yanbin, Jilin Province] Eight Practitioners Taken to Yanji Brainwashing Center

The 610 Office of the Yanbian Forestry Administration Bureau and Political and Legal Affairs Committee sent eight practitioners that work in the company's administration bureau to a brainwashing center between September 7 and 18, 2013. The practitioners are: Ms. Wang Xiaomin from Chunhua Forestry Farm, Huichun Forestry Bureau; Ms. Pan Fengxian; Ms. Zhong Weijun; Ms. Wang Weiping; Ms. Li Yinghua from the Bajiazi Forestry Bureau; Ms. Wang; Mr. Zhang from the Dunhua Forestry Bureau; and Ms. Liu from the Dashitou Forestry Bureau.

6. [Huma County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Se Guirong and Ms. Wang Xiubo Persecuted

Ms. Se Guirong and Ms. Wang Xiubo from Hanjiayuan, Huma, have been held in the Huma Detention Center for four months. They have started a hunger strike.
