(Minghui.org) One of the main perpetrators in Shanghai's judicial system, presiding judge Zhu Xiwei from Xuhui District Court, illegally sentenced at least 12 practitioners to prison by the end of last year. The average sentence was 3.8 years.

This year, two practitioners Wang Chao and Chen Ping were tried in April, three practitioners in their 70s, Ms. Gong Naifang, Mr. Gu Shouxian and his wife Ms. Chen Xiangnü were tried in July, but none of them have received the verdict.
