Ms. Gao Xianying Refused to Sign Her Arrest Warrant

Sept. 3, 2014 |   By a Minghui correspondent from Sichuan Province, China

(Minghui.org) Ms. Gao Xianying was told to go to the local police department on August 10, 2014, where she was ordered to sign her arrest warrant, which she refused.

Ms. Gao was illegally arrested on the evening of May 23, 2014, by officers from the Xicao Police Station in Luzhou City and she was released the same day. But officers from the local police station and domestic security division have been harassing her since her release.

Her son was later forced to sign the arrest warrant by officers from the local domestic security division. Therefore, her sentence will be carried out outside of prison while under surveillance.

A few days ago, officer Wang from the Jiangyang District Domestic Security Division called Ms. Gao's son and told him to tell his mother to go to the local police department. Ms. Gao went with her daughter-in-law. Officer Wang demanded that Ms. Gao sign the arrest warrant, which she refused. He then demanded that her daughter-in-law sign it.

Ms. Gao has been monitored since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began its persecution of Falun Gong. Her home has been ransacked many times, her pension has been withheld, and she has been imprisoned. She was forced to leave her home in 2009 to avoid further persecution.

Her son, daughter-in-law and grandson were held at the local police station because of her. They were forced to write a guarantee statement to help the police find their mother.

Ms. Sun and Ms. Luo Also Arrested

Practitioners Ms. Sun Zhongxiu and Ms. Luo Lingrong were also arrested along with Ms. Gao. Ms. Sun was released after being detained for more than a month. Her son was not allowed to go to work for two days. Ms. Luo is still being held at the Naxi Detention Center. Her family was ordered to sign the arrest warrant.
