According to this report, 1 Falun Gong practitioner was subjected to mistreatment in detention, at least 19 were illegally arrested, the whereabouts of 1 is unknown, and 1 was detained for suing Jiang Zemin.

1. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Dai Xiuying, Ms. Qin Gengxia, and Ms. Yan Emei from the Shilipu area in the Gaoxin District were arrested for posting Falun Gong informational stickers on walls on September 16, 2015. They are detained in the Weifang Detention Center.

2. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Cao Fengjiao Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Cao Fengjiao was arrested and taken recently to a brainwashing center for distributing Falun Gong literature.

3. [Gucheng County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Jinsheng Tortured

Mr. Zhang Jinsheng was arrested by officers from the Gucheng County Police Department on August 21, 2015. He was held in the Dongtian Hotel in Hengshui City and tortured. He was tied to a Tiger Bench and deprived of sleep for three days. He is now in the Gucheng Detention Center.

4. [Jieshou City, Anhui Province] Ms. Li Shuling Arrested

Ms. Li Shuling was arrested on September 14, 2015. Officers from a local police station ransacked her home in the Jieshou area. They confiscated a computer, a printer, Falun Gong books, and a photo of the Falun Gong founder.

5. [Tianjin] Mr. Pang Dejing Detained

Mr. Pang Dejing from Shigezhuang Town in the Wuqing District was arrested and taken to the Wuqing District Detention Center on September 2, 2015.

6. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Baohe District Domestic Security Division, the Daxing Police Station, and the Binhu Police Station arrested Ms. Xu Min and four of her fellow practitioners on September 15, 2015.

7. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Xin Xuerong Arrested

Mr. Xin Xuerong, who is blind, is from Tiaozhoukuang Village, Xiaoji Town, Haiyang City. He was arrested by Yu Zhenggao, head of the 610 Office, and other officers on September 15, 2015. They ransacked his home. Mr. Xin was released three days later.

8. [Xinyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Meng Yuhua Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Meng Yuhua was arrested by the local police for mailing her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin on August 21, 2015. She was held for 15 days.

9. [Yiyuan County, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Yiyuan County Domestic Security Division and the Zhongzhuang Town Police Station broke into Mr. Di Zhengjiang's home and ransacked it on September 17, 2015. They took him to the town police station.

Mr. Xiong Chuanzhen and Mr. Li Mingfu were also arrested that day.

Mr. Di was released the same day. The other two practitioners remain in custody.

10. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Lixin Arrested

Mr. Li Lixin was recently arrested at home.

11. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Kang Shuqin Arrested

Officers from the Liuxiang Police Station in the Yingze District broke into Ms. Kang Shuqin's home and arrested her on September 17, 2015.

12. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Xiao Zhenguo Arrested and Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Xiao Zhenguo was arrested at his store on September 17, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.

13. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Cao Aixiang Arrested

Ms. Cao Aixiang was arrested by Ximing Police Station officers on September 12, 2015.
