Ms. Guo Yulan was arrested recently.

2. [Shanghai] Mr. Wei Qi and Wife Arrested

Police officers from the Qianqiao Community, Fengxian District, showed up at Mr. Wei Qi's tea shop and ransacked it on September 12, 2015. They confiscated a printer and a DVD burner. They arrested Ms. Wei and his wife. Mr. Wei was taken to a facility in the Nanqiao area. His wife has been released.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners Detained

Officers from the Harbin City Police Department, the Daoli District Police Department, and the Xinfa Town Police Station arrested Mr. Zhu Qiangong, Mr. Gao Yulin, Mr. Liu Qingfu, and Ms. Liu Shuhua from the Xinfa Town, Daoli District, on October 7, 2015. They are held in the No. 1 Detention Center.

4. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Du Yunfeng Detained

Mr. Du Yunfeng from the Bawuling Farm, Hulin City, was arrested by officers from the Bawuling Farm Police Department on September 30, 2015. He is held in the Lianzhushan Detention Center.

5. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested and One Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

Mr. Yu Zenggang, Chenjia Village, Linjiacun Town, Zhucheng City, was arrested for suing Jiang Zemin by officers from the Linjiacun Town Police Station on September 15, 2015. He was taken to the police station. The officers confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong, a computer, and Falun Gong informational materials. He was released at noon the following day.

Mr. Dong Guigang and his wife Ms. Wang Guimei from the Zhaojiazhuang Village were also arrested on September 15. Mr. Dong is held in the Zhucheng Detention Center. Ms. Wang is held in the Weifang Detention Center.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wei Zhenqun and Wife Ms. Shan Qinshu Arrested

Mr. Wei Zhenqun and his wife Ms. Shan Qinshu, Chenxiangtun Town, Sujiatun District, were arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on October 7, 2015. The police ransacked his home and confiscated a notebook computer, a cellphone, some currencies, Falun Gong books, and informational materials.

7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Yurong Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yurong was arrested at home on October 8, 2015.

8. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

Mr. Zhang Junqi, Mr. Zhao Lanyi, and a practitioner from Yangzhuang Town, were arrested at a post office when mailing their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin on September 1, 2015. Their homes were ransacked. The three practitioners have been released.

9. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wu Yuhua Detained for Suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Wu Yuhua was arrested on the evening of October 7, 2015 for filing a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. She was taken to a detention center for 5 days of detention.

10. [Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhou Fuquan Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

Mr. Zhou Fuquan from Jinqiao Town was sentenced to three years in prison by the Shuangliu County Court on September 15, 2015. He is detained in the Shuangliu County Detention Center.

11. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Liwu Sentenced to Two and a Half Years in Prison

Mr. Chen Liwu was arrested by officers from the Gangcheng Police Department on March 13, 2013. He was sentenced to two-and-a-half years of prison by the Lubei Court in late September 2015.

12. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Shouzhi's Family of Three Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin, and Ms. Liu and Ms. Zhang Xiangyun Detained

Ms. Liu Shouzhi's family of three were arrested by officers from the Songlinglu Police Station on August 30, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Ms. Zhang Xiangyun, who was at her home, was also arrested.

Ms. Liu's husband and son were released on bail. Ms. Liu and Ms. Zhang were held in the Zibo City Detention Center.

Mr. Cai Jianghong, Ms. Xu Feng, Mr. Zhao Mi, Mr. Hong Chang, Mr. Zhao Zhanji, and Mr. Ni Xianyu were arrested between mid-June to mid-September 2015, and taken the Longyueshuizhuang Brainwashing Center.

14. [Tianjin] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Chen Dongyuan and three other practitioners from Ji County were arrested on September 28, 2015. Mr. Chen was detained for 15 days. The other three practitioners were released that afternoon.

Ms. Yin Liping was arrested by three plainclothes officers on the morning of September 21, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown.
