Sending Righteous Thoughts at a Detention Center

Oct. 30, 2015 |   By a practitioner from China

(Minghui.org) Local practitioners decided to go to another city and help rescue a practitioner in a detention center. Our coordinator asked me if I wanted to go.

I was in charge of technological issues in our area and thought that I should not take the risk. Upset by the thought that I was the only one he had called, I was selfish and said no.

The coordinator said, “You have to go, especially since there are some techniques we need you to learn.”

There was no other practitioner with technical skills who could go, so I agreed. I knew that I had not aligned myself with the Fa when I first said no, but I could not let go of my anger.

The old forces saw that I was upset and strengthened my negative emotions. This interference also spread to others; practitioners complained and blamed one another over trivial issues.

Disintegrating Interference

I stopped protesting and took the bus with the other practitioners going to the detention center. As we planned our trip, we told the drivers about Falun Gong and how the Chinese Communist Party was persecuting the practice.

We knew that saving the detained practitioner was most important, and we stopped blaming one another. I understood that we could not have any problems among us, so I got rid of my anger. I also sent forth righteous thoughts to help other practitioners to clarify the truth and to disintegrate all interference coming from other dimensions.

The substances within us causing disharmony vanished in the positive field we created. We continued to talk about Falun Gong throughout the entire trip, and at last the driver understood the truth about the persecution.

The anger that had accumulated in our hearts no longer existed.

Supporting the Rescue Effort

We met up with the detained practitioner's family member and lawyer in front of the Procuratorate. They were going to visit the practitioner, and they asked me and another practitioner to go with them.

When we arrived at the detention center, the lawyer was admitted, while the three of us sat on a cement bench outside and sent forth righteous thoughts.

The family member took off his shoes and sat cross-legged. I was startled. He was fearless to sit that way in front of a detention center.

How about me? At first, I just wanted to protect myself and did not want to join the effort. I felt so ashamed.

I no longer was frustrated, my fear was gone, and I no longer had any thoughts of complaint. I peacefully sent righteous thoughts. I felt that I was surrounded by a strong, pure energy field and that the evil in the detention center had became small in comparison. The lawyer's meeting went very well, and he came out around noon.

On the way back, the lawyer said I looked very young. I understood that our compassionate Master was encouraging me through this man and had let me know that I had made the right decision by cooperating and going to the detention center. I regretted the attitude I had when I set out.

Master said:

"Each opportunity will not occur again." (“Digging Out the Roots” from Essentials for Further Advancement).

Now, whatever Master wants, I will do, including transporting practitioners to and from prisons to help those who are jailed. I no longer have fear.
