According to this report, 5 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, at least 63 were illegally arrested, and the whereabouts of 2 are unknown. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

1. [Anyue County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yang Suzhi Passes Away after 9 Years of Displacement

Ms. Yang Suzhi, 74, was displaced for nine years because of the persecution. She passed away on September 15, 2015.

Jiang Mingjin, head of the local Domestic Security Division, ransacked Ms. Yang's home in 2006 for exposing the truth of the persecution. They confiscated a computer, a printer, other equipment, supplies, and cash. Ms. Yang escaped during the arrest. The police issued a warrant. She was not able to return home.

2. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xu Zhihua Arrested

Mr. Xu Zhihua, Juliangtun Township, Yi County, was arrested on the train by officers from the Jinzhou City Domestic Security Division and the railway police on the afternoon of October 15, 2015.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Ma Jianhong Detained

Police officer Yu Zhiqiang told Ms. Ma Jianhong from the Hongqiao District to go to the North Xianyang Road Police Station on October 17, 2015. She was detained there for suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist regime.

4. [Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhong Chongzhen Arrested

Ms. Zhong Chongzhen was secretly arrested by local Domestic Security Division officers in September 2015. Her home was ransacked.

5. [Chishui City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Luo Xiangxian Arrested and Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Luo Xiangxian, in her 70s, from Datong Town was arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on October 15, 2015. Her whereabouts is unknown.

6. [Wanrong County, Shanxi Province] Mr. Shi Quanfa and Wife Ms. Chang Gaiyang Detained

Qu Qingyun, head of the Wanrong County Domestic Security Division, and other officers arrested Mr. Shi Quanfa and his wife Ms. Chang Gaiyang on October 13, 2015. Mr. Shi was held in the Wanrong County Detention Center. Ms. Chang was held in the Hejin County Detention Center for five days.

7. [Beijing] Ms. Yang Shuqing and Husband Mr. Wang Diangui Detained

Ms. Yang Shuqing and her husband Mr. Wang Diangui from Zhaixinzhuang Village, Songzhuang Town in the Tongzhou District, were arrested at home by officers from the Xuxinzhuang Police Station on October 13, 2015. The couple is being held in the Taihu Detention Center in the Tongzhou District.

8. [Bozhou City, Anhui Province] Ms. Shen Liling Arrested and Whereabouts Unknown, and Husband Mr. Li Yonglin Arrested

Ms. Shen Liling and her husband Mr. Li Yonglin were arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials on September 7, 2015. The couple was held in the Bozhou City Detention Center. Mr. Li was released after 10 days of detention. Ms. Shen was taken away by security officers Shi Xinmin and Wu Xianbin. Her whereabouts are unknown.

9. [Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Liu Liping Arrested

Ms. Liu Liping was arrested for suing Jiang Zemin by officers from the Yanhu District Domestic Security Division on the morning of October 16, 2015.

10. [Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhou Qun Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Zhou Qun from Keshan Farm was arrested on September 25, 2014. Her family learned on May 26, 2015, that Ms. Zhou was sentenced to three years in prison. Her family appealed the sentence.

The Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Bureau Court upheld the original verdict during the second trial at the end of September 2015.

11. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Yifang Arrested

Ms. Li Yifang was arrested by officers from the Xiguan Police Station on the morning of October 16, 2015. The officers confiscated Falun Gong books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. Ms. Li was released that day.

12. [Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yanchun Arrested

Wang Xiaoli and other officers from the Keshan Farm Police Department broke into Ms. Wang Yanchun's home and arrested her on the morning of October 16, 2015. They confiscated Falun Gong books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Ms. Cheng Shufeng, 62, was arrested by plainclothes officers on October 15, 2015.

15. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Shouxin and Wife Ms. Su Lirong Arrested

Mr. Wang Shouxin and his wife Ms. Su Lirong from Erdao Township in the Fengman District were arrested at home by staff from the Erdao Township Government and officers from the Erdao Township Police Station on the morning of October 14, 2015. The officers confiscated Falun Gong books. The couple was taken to the Jilin City Detention Center for 15 days of detention.

16. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Ran Shufen Arrested

Officers from the Xiaohe District Police Station broke into 72-year-old Ms. Ran Shufen's home and arrested her on October 16, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

17. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Meili Arrested

Ms. Liu Meili, Beigou Town, Penglai City, was arrested by officers Beigou Town Police Station officers on the morning of October 15, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She returned home that evening.

18. [Beijing] Mr. Teng Jinsheng Detained

Mr. Teng Jinsheng from Qianyanshang Village, Majuqiao Town, was arrested and taken to a detention center for suing Jiang Zemin by officers from the Dadushe Police Station on October 13, 2015.

19. [Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province] Three Practitioners Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Yu Juan from Shuikou Village, Hu Town, and Ms. Yue Fen and Ms. Zhi Lan from Gongqian Village were arrested and taken to the Jinyun County Brainwashing Center recently.

20. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Shen Guanglu, Ms. Liu Guifen Detained

Mr. Shen Guanglu and Ms.Liu Guifen from Mengshui Town in the Zhoucun District, were arrested by officers from the Mengshui Town Police Station on October 12, 2015. The two practitioners were forced to sign a statement renouncing their belief before they were released.

Mr. Shen, Ms. Liu, and four more practitioners were arrested two days later. They were taken to the Zibo City No. 4 People's Hospital for blood samples and physicals. Afterward, Mr. Shen was taken to Dazhuang Detention Center in the Zhoucun District and Ms. Liu to the Fujia Detention Center in the Zhangdian District.

21. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Gu Xinfang and Ms. Bai Mingxian Arrested

Ms. Gu Xinfang and Ms. Bai Mingxian from the Qixia District were arrested on the evening of October 14, 2015, by officers from the Yaohuamen Police Station, the 610 Office, and the Domestic Security Division for telling people about Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Bai was released. Ms. Gu was taken to the Jiangdongmen Detention Center.

22. [Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Wang Fengqin Arrested

Ms. Wang Fengqin fromt he Yuci District was arrested by Yuci District Domestic Security Division officers on the afternoon of October 14, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

23. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Fangqing Arrested

Mr. Li Fangqing, 80, from the Hanting District was arrested by Hanting Police Department officers on October 15, 2015. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated a computer and other items.

24. [Chongqing] Mr. Cao Shuguo Arrested

Mr. Cao Shuguo from the Jiangjin District was arrested at home and taken to the Nancheng Police Station in the Jiangjin District on the morning of October 16, 2015. He was released that night.

25. [Dongguan City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Wang Peng and Wife Ms. Zhao Changhong Arrested

Mr. Wang Peng and his wife Ms. Zhao Changhong from Heilongjiang Province were arrested in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, on October 11, 2015. The couple has not returned home.

26. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] 16 Practitioners Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin

Between October 10 and October 16, 2015, 16 practitioners were arrested for suing former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin.

Officers from the Xinwang Police Station in the Nanjiao District arrested Ms. Li Hongye and Ms. Jiang Xiaoli.

Officers from the Majunying Police Station in the Nanjiao District arrested Mr. Zhang Jinglin, his sister, and Ms. Li Juxia.

Officers from the Dongjie Police Station arrested Mr. Li Jianguo.

Ms. Wang Xiuying from the Yongdingzhuang Mine, Datong Mining Bureau, was also arrested.

27. [Qinyang City, Henan Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Qinyang City Domestic Security Division and the Chongyi Police Station broke into Mr. Li Zhongzhen's home on the afternoon of October 12, 2015. They arrested Ms. Yang Lianhong, Ms. Hu Xiuqin, Ms. Li Zhongzhen, Ms. Yang Fengbo, and Ms. Fan Jiaguo. They confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Gong, and the Minghui Weekly. The five practitioners were released that night.

28. [Beijing] Five Practitioners Arrested

Four officers from the Tongzhou Police Department and officers from the Majuqiao Police Station in the Tongzhou District arrested five practitioners at home on the afternoon of October 12, 2015. The five practitioners are Ms. Hu Wenqin, Ms. Cui Aihong, Ms. Wang Xiulan, Ms. Wang Xiumei, and Ms. Zhang Xiuping.

29. [Jieyang City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zheng Yiying and Ms. Tao Xiaohong Detained

Ms. Zheng Yiying and Ms. Tao Xiaohong were arrested in Caiwei Village, Caitang Town, Chaoan County by local plainclothes officers on the morning of October 15, 2015, for telling people about Falun Gong.

30. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gong Qingxiang Detained

Mr. Gong Qingxiang from the Yantai Develop Zone was arrested at work for suing Jiang Zemin by officers from the Develop Zone Domestic Security Division and the Fulai Police Station on October 12, 2015. He was taken to the Yantai No. 2 Detention Center for 15 days of detention.
