Mr. Wang Zhixue was sentenced to a nine-year prison term by the Yunyan District Court in Guiyang City on February 2, 2015. He appealed the sentence to upper level officials. He is being held at the Baihaushan Detention Center.

2. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Four practitioners from Miyi County, including Ms. Zhang Kaiqun, were arrested in Chongqing in March 2015. The police ransacked their homes and confiscated pictures of the founder of Falun Gong and all their Falun Gong books.

10. [Shanghai] Ms. Huang Qiaoqin in Critical Condition

Ms. Huang Qiaoqin, who was arrested by officers from Xuhui on November 26, 2013, has been held at the Xuhui Detention Center for nearly 16 months. Her blood sugar level has risen and she now has difficulty eating. Judicial authorities have refused to release her on medical bail.
