According to this report, 26 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention; at least 10 were illegally arrested; 5 were arrested when trying to mail a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist regime; and the whereabouts of 1 is unknown.

1. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Ling Honghua Tortured

The Nanshan District Domestic Security Division submitted cases to the Procuratorate again on June 17, 2015, with the intent to frame Ms. Ling Honghau and other practitioners.

Mr. Yang Jian, Ms. A Ping, and Ms. Ling Honghua, who were visiting relatives from Hubei Province, were arrested without cause on the afternoon of May 11, 2015. The Nanshan District Domestic Security Division submitted accusations against the practitioners to the Procuratorate in mid-April. The Procuratorate returned the cases to the police station for lack of evidence.

Yang Liying, a guard, ordered that Ms. Ling stand two hours during the day and two hours after midnight.

2. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Meng Qingquan and Ms. Niu Shuxia Detained

Ms. Niu Shuxia was arrested on May 28 and Mr. Meng Qingquan on June 6, 2015, by officers from the Jiawang District Domestic Security Division. The officers from the Domestic Security Division and the 610 Office interrogated the practitioners to elicit a confession and deprived them of sleep.

Mr. Meng was taken to the Jiawang District Detention Center on June 17 and Ms. Niu to the Sanbao Detention Center. Each practitioner's family was told to pay 500 yuan for food.

Ms. Li Chunmei was sentenced to three years and two months in prison.

Officers from the Yongdeng County Domestic Security Division, the 610 Office, and the Police Department broke into Ms. Jia Guoyu's home and arrested her on July 2, 2015. The officers confiscated all her Falun Gong books.

Ms. Yang Guirong was arrested on July 1, 2015.

7. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Wu Xiaohua Taken to Intensive Care

Ms. Wu Xiaohua, a former associate professor with the Anhui Construction Engineering College, has already been arrested 23 times. After being released from prison in March 2015, she was in poor health. She was admitted to intensive care in mid-June.

Mr. Xu Jianxing's whereabouts are unknown.

9. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Ms. He Xiuying Detained

Ye Yubing, head of the Wuwei City Domestic Security Division, and other officers broke into Mr. Li Quan's home at noon on July 3, 2015. Mr. Li was not at home. Ye Yubing and eight officers went to the store owned by Mr. Li's wife, Ms. He Xiuying, arrested her and took her to the Wuwei Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Shuxia was harassed on the morning of July 2, 2015.

11. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Three Sisters Detained for Mailing Criminal Complaints

Ms. Li Yuqin, Ms. Li Yaqin, and Ms. Li Xiuqin were not allowed to mail their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin at the post office. The three sisters then went to Changchun City to try to mail them. They were arrested in the post office on the morning of July 1, 2015. They are being held in the Changchun City Detention Center. Ms. Li Xiuqin's home was ransacked on July 2.

About a dozen officers from the Shizhong District Domestic Security Division and the Tuzhu Town Police Station arrested Ms. He Yuzhen and ransacked her home on July 2, 2015. She is now in the Leshan City Shizhushan Detention Center.

In addition, the police arrested and ransacked the homes of Ms. Wu Sulian and Ms. Wu Sufen, Ms. Wan Junli, Ms. Li Cuirong, and Mr. Chen Yonggui.

Ms. Zhao Junxiang, Ms. Yu Bingqin, and Ms. Yu Binglan were studying the Falun Gong teachings at Ms. Zhao's home on the evening of July 3, 2015. Officers from the Changjia Town Police Station broke into Ms. Zhao's home and arrested all three practitioners. Ms. Yu Bingqin was released at 4 a.m. The police ransacked Ms. Zhao and Ms. Yu Binglan's homes. Ms. Zhao and Ms. Yu Binglan remain in custody.

16. [Dazhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Gao Wenyu's Home Ransacked

Ms. Gao Wenyu lives on Nanba Road in the Dachuan District. Officers from the Dachuan District State Security Division and the Chinese Communist Party secretary of the Jinhua Community ransacked her home on the morning of June 16, 2015. The officers confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Gong.

17. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Zheng Jingxian Still Detained

Mr. Zheng Jingxian was arrested by officers from the Ruibao Police Station in the Haizhu District on the evening of February 3, 2015. He was held in the Nanzhou Detention Center. He was interrogated eight times.

Mr. Zheng was transferred to the Tangang Township Brainwashing Center in Shijing Town on March 13. After three months in the brainwashing center, he was taken back to the Nanzhou Detention Center on June 12.

18. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Fenglan and Ms. Wei Senmei Detained for Mailing Criminal Complaints

Ms. Wang Fenglan and Ms. Wei Senmei went to a post office to mail their lawsuits against Jiang Zemin on the morning of July 3, 2015. They were arrested by police officers who were watching the post office. Both practitioners were held in the Weizigou Detention Center for seven days.

19. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Ye Qionghua Forced to Leave Home

Ms. Ye Qionghua is a retired physician from the Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology.

After she mailed a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin to the Supreme Procuratorate, her home was ransacked by officers from the Chengdu City Domestic Security Division, the Jianshe Road Police Station, and the university's Security Department on the morning of July 3, 2015.

The officers confiscated a cell phone and the draft version of her complaint. They took her to an office in the school and questioned her about the complaint she filed. She was released later that night. The officers threatened her that the neighborhood community personnel would go to talk to her the next day. Ms. Ye has been forced to leave home.

Mr. Yao Yuandong and his wife Ms. Gao Sujuan were arrested by Xie Yongfang, head of the Anshan City 610 Office, and other officers on June 18, 2015.
