According to this report, five Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 40 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

Mr. Cong Peixi was arrested by officers from the Wujiaochang Town and Yangpu District 610 Office on the morning of May 28, 2015. The police ransacked his home. He was detained at the Yangpu District Detention Center for five days.

2. [Xiangyang City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Zhaosen Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Zhang Zhaosen was arrested by officers from the Gaoxin District Qilihe Police Station in Xiangyang City on May 29, 2015. He was taken to the Wuhan Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Yang Qin was arrested on July 14, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Mr. Wang Zhongbin and his wife, Ms. Qu Zhongfen, were arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Dehui City Police Department and the Dafangshen Town Police Station at noon on July 14, 2015. Their home was ransacked. Mr. Shen Xiaoguo was also arrested. The three practitioners were detained at the Dehui City Detention Center for 15 days.

5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. He Haixia and her mother-in-law were arrested by officers from the Xingyejie Police Station on the afternoon of July 13, 2015. Mr. Wang Zhigang, Ms. He's husband, was arrested at home on the same day when he came home after work. All of them are detained at a detention center.

6. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Du Kairong Arrested

Mr. Du Kairong was arrested on the morning of July 15, 2015.

7. [Zhouzhi County, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Zhao Yingjun and Ms. Xu Xiue Detained

Ms. Xu Xiue was arrested by officers from the Zhouzhi County Police Department and the Domestic Security Division on April 21, 2015. The police ransacked her home.

Mr. Zhao Yingjun, Ms. Xu's husband, had to leave home to avoid further persecution. However, he was arrested at Fujian Airport, when he went there to take odd jobs.

Both Ms. Xu and Mr. Zhao are detained at the Zhouzhi County Detention Center.

Mr. Gao Fengqi, in his 60s, was arrested by officers from the Beijingdajie Police Station on July 14, 2015. He was taken to Weizigou Detention Center.

Ms. Wu Meifang, 66, and Ms. Wu Jingfang, 61, were arrested on the afternoon of July 15, 2015 for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked their homes. They are detained at the Jinyang Police Station in Pudongxin District.

Mr. Yan Houquan and his wife, Ms. Zhu, along with Ms. Li and others were arrested at Mr. Yan's home by officers from the Ganyintang Police Station on July 14, 2015. They are detained at that police station.

11. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Qiu Jiaxiu Arrested

Ms. Qiu Jiaxiu was arrested at home on the afternoon of July 15, 2015.

12. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Gao Suoyu's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Gao Suoyu, from Lianyungang City, was arrested at her daughter's home in Nanjing by officers from the Nanjing Police Department on July 15, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown.

13. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Yue Shuxia Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Yue Shuxia, 63, was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Yuanbaoshan District Police Department on April 15, 2012. She was later sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term and then taken to Inner Mongolia Women's Prison in November 2012.

Ms. Yue was taken to the Chifeng Brainwashing Center by officers from the Chifeng 610 Office on July 12, 2015, the day she was supposed to be released from prison.

15. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Ms. Feng Jinlian Detained

Ms. Feng Jinlian was deceived and taken to the Shuangcheng Police Station by officers from the Liangzhou District Domestic Security Division and the Hongxiang Police Station on the afternoon of July 14, 2015, when she was working at her store. She was detained for 15 days.

Ms. Tang Aiyun and Ms. Hu Guixiang were arrested by plainclothes officers on the afternoon of July 15, 2015 for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Hu was released after thousands of yuan were extorted from her family. Ms. Tang is detained at the Yuanjiang Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Yueqin was arrested on July 8, 2015. She is detained at the Zunhua Detention Center.

21. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Five practitioners, including Ms. Zhou Guilian, Ms. Tao Aiping, and Ms. Liu were arrested at Ms. Liu's store by officers from the Yangluojie Police Station on July 13, 2015. Two practitioners were released that evening. Ms. Zhou and Ms. Tao were taken to the Dongxihu Detention Center. Ms. Liu escaped.

22. [Dongfeng County, Jilin Province] Mr. Dong Yufeng Detained

Mr. Dong Yufeng was arrested at his barber shop by plainclothes officers on the morning of July 14, 2015. The police ransacked his home and confiscated a laptop computer. He is detained at the Liaoyuan Detention Center.

23. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Lu Ruiying, Mr. Zhang Guanghu, Ms. Wang Cunxiang, and Ms. He Xiuying were recently arrested for filing complaints against Jiang Zemin by officers from the Wuwei City Domestic Security Division.

Ms. Zu Meiying and Ms. Zhang Guifeng were arrested by officers from the Mengyin County 610 Office on July 14, 2015, when they met with the lawyer hired for Ms. Zhang's husband, Mr. Zhang Libao. They were taken to the Linyi Detention Center.

25. [Beijing] Mr. Wang Dushan Detained

Mr. Wang Dushan, 21, from Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, was arrested by officers from Ganyu District in Beijing on July 10, 2015. He is detained at the Ganyu District Detention Center.

26. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Nie Lihua, Ms. Jiang Xiumei, and Ms. Qi Shurong went to the Beigou Post Office to mail criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin on July 14, 2015. However, postal employees refused to mail the complaints. The three practitioners were later arrested by officers from the Beijou Detention Center. They are detained at the Penglai City Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Xiumei was arrested by officers from Zhuchengkaifa District on July 15, 2015.
