Keeping the Fa in Mind All the Time

Jan. 16, 2016

(Minghui.org) Master has talked about the importance of studying the Fa many times.

A story told in the article Happily Walking on the Path Arranged by Master, published on the Minghui website, helped me to understand the need to study the Fa even more. The wife of the author studied the Fa very well, so when she talked to the police about Falun Dafa and the persecution as she was being taken away from Tiananmen Square, instead of pulling her into the police car, they pushed her out.

Master said:

“The Fa can break all attachments, the Fa can destroy all evil, the Fa can shatter all lies, and the Fa can strengthen righteous thoughts.” (“Drive Out Interference” in Essentials for Further Advancement II)

Whenever I run into tribulations or difficulties, I always recall this teaching, and then I can pass the test without a problem.

After the persecution first started, my family members were deceived by the lies and propaganda put out by the Chinese Communist Party about Falun Dafa, so they watched me closely and did not let me study the Fa. However, I still managed to study the Fa every night after they fell asleep.

I knew that I could be a practitioner if and only if I studied the Fa and kept the Fa in mind at all times.

In the nearly 20 years of my cultivation, wherever I am, as long as I am not engaged in doing something, I never leave my mind blank—I always recite the Fa. If I have a long break, I recite Master's articles, and if the break is short, I recite a few paragraphs. If there is interference in the environment that does not allow me to recite the Fa, I repeat “Falun Dafa is good” in my mind.

There are only two thoughts in my mind now: Master and the Fa.

When I come to some new understanding of the Fa, I tell Master in my heart. I know that Master is watching over me at every moment.

We are so lucky to have such a great Master and such a great Fa. Our cultivation is so simple too—study the Fa well and do the three things well. Everything that a practitioner needs is in there.
