(Minghui.org) A fellow practitioner named An An, from our group Fa study, experienced sickness karma in 2015. With the help of the group, she emerged from the tribulation after witnessing the wonder and extraordinary power of Falun Dafa.

When An An's symptoms first occurred, she did not take them seriously. Then she had a dream in which evil beings told her that they wanted her life. It was only then that she became vigilant. An An discussed the sickness karma with the other practitioners and asked them to send righteous thoughts for her.

She often did not attend group study and was quite lax in her cultivation. As a result, her symptoms became more serious. She was diagnosed with cervical cancer.

Practitioners studied the Fa with her, sent righteous thoughts and shared experiences together. We also encouraged her to look for her attachments and rectify herself so she would not be taken advantage of by the evil.

Perhaps all those who helped An An were too focused on asking her to look for her own attachments, without realizing that rectifying themselves would affect her as well.

They initially blamed her for not cultivating herself. As a result, An An's situation did not improve even after sending righteous thoughts. She suffered from edema, stomach pain and had difficulty urinating.

After some discussions, we realized that we should refrain from pointing fingers at her. We realized that we should rectify ourselves first, instead, so we would not add bad substances to her situation.

We also realized we must take this as our own concern. As Master taught us, “The next person's things are your things,¹ and your things are his things. (“Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference” from Teaching the Fa at the Conference II)

After we enlightened to this, we sent strong righteous thoughts to disintegrate the evil persecution. Then An An became better and she sent the practitioners home with a smile on her face.

Two practitioners went to see An An the next day. She was surprisingly in bad shape, as her facial features were swollen beyond recognition. The group was notified to immediately send righteous thoughts for her.

During the evening, everyone went to her place. It was as if her tribulation had intensified beyond her limit. She was in so much pain that she wanted to give up. Her family also wanted her to go to the hospital.

Our group came together again to discuss our understandings, and saw that we had rectified ourselves and had formed one body. So the old forces had intensified the persecution in an attempt to force An An to give up cultivation and, ultimately, take her life.

We then solidified our righteous thoughts and were determined not be to confused by what appeared on the surface. A practitioner named Baibai asked An An's family to wait three days before taking her to the hospital. She then said to An An, “Hold on for just three more days. You will be fine. Do not give up. We have Master and the Fa with us. No one can touch you.”

Master said,

“When disciples have ample righteous thoughtsMaster has the power to turn back the tide”(“The Master-Disciple Bond” from Hong Yin Vol. II)

We decided to stay at her place for 24 hours to study the Fa and send righteous thoughts with her. Baibai also took time off from work to help An An.

At this point, An An was unable to see. When it was her turn to read, she just repeated after the others. However, her righteous thoughts became stronger, and the following day, she was able to see and read on her own.

Her swelling then subsided, and she became well. During those three days, everyone who helped had unwavering faith in Master and the Fa.

After the experience, we enlightened to the fact the requirements for Falun Dafa practitioners are much higher now with the development of Fa-rectification. As the evil old forces continues to relentlessly attack us, some are experiencing the test of life and death.

If we can follow Master's teaching, improve as a whole, and form a powerful one body, the old forces will have no way to persecute us. They will truly disintegrate with practitioners' righteous thoughts.
