(Minghui.org) A Jiamusi City resident is holding former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin responsible for ordering the persecution of Falun Gong which resulted in her ordeal.
Ms. Wang Yingxia, 48, credits Falun Gong for her return to health. She has never shied away from telling people that the Chinese communist regime’s persecution is wrong. Her simple act landed her in police custody.
She has been arrested a total of six times since the persecution began in 1999. She was given forced labor three times, and once sentenced to three years in prison. Her husband was crushed by her repeated arrests and divorced her in 2002.
She recently mailed her criminal complaint against Jiang to the People’s Supreme Court and People’s Supreme Procuratorate.
Below is her personal account as stated in the complaint.
I was first arrested in June 2000, when I went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. My husband was forced to pay 3,000 yuan before I was released eight days later.
My mother, also a Falun Gong practitioner, and I went to Beijing together in October 2000, and we were both arrested. My husband again had to pay to secure our release, though he wouldn’t say how much money the police extorted from him.
My third arrest was in April 2002, while I was tending our family business. I was soon given three years of forced labor. Unable to bear the pressure, my husband divorced me three months later.
I went on a hunger strike to protest the illegal arrest, and was force fed. The labor camp guards inserted a tube into my mouth and pushed it down my throat. They also grabbed me by the neck at the same time, almost suffocating me.
I was released ahead of schedule, only to be arrested shortly afterwards. I opened the door to my apartment on March 28, 2004 to see a stranger standing in the foyer. He grabbed me and dragged me inside, where more police were waiting for me.
The police soon gave me three years of forced labor. I was brutally tortured while in the labor camp. The guards cuffed my hands behind my back and hung me up by the handcuffs, causing my right hand became disabled. The labor camp released me two years early.
I was sentenced to three years in prison and brutally tortured after I was arrested in December 2007.
Two years after my release, I was arrested again while visiting a fellow practitioner, on September 10, 2012. A woman knocked on the door claiming to be someone collecting the garbage fee. We ignored her and then heard a man’s voice, “We’re police. Open the door!” We refused to comply with the demand, only to see them pry open the door and break in.
I was soon given two years of forced labor, and released on September 5, 2013, when the Chinese communist regime abolished the labor camp system under international pressure.
In 1999, Jiang Zemin, as head of the Chinese Communist Party, overrode other Politburo standing committee members and launched the violent suppression of Falun Gong.
The persecution has led to the deaths of many Falun Gong practitioners over the past 17 years. More have been tortured for their belief and even killed for their organs. Jiang Zemin is directly responsible for the inception and continuation of the brutal persecution.
Under his personal direction, the Chinese Communist Party established an extralegal security organ, the “610 Office,” on June 10, 1999. The organization overrides police forces and the judicial system in carrying out Jiang's directive regarding Falun Gong: to ruin their reputations, cut off their financial resources, and destroy them physically.
Chinese law allows for citizens to be plaintiffs in criminal cases, and many practitioners are now exercising that right to file criminal complaints against the former dictator.
