1. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Su Rinuo Arrested and Ms. Lu Zhenxiang Harassed

Mr. Su Rinuo of Guanshan Community, Hushan Town, Lanshan District, was arrested on October 16, 2017. His whereabouts are unknown. On October 13, he was harassed by officers from Hushan Town Police Station. They confiscated his Falun Gong books.

Ms. Lu Zhenxiang was also harassed by officers from Hushan Town Police Station on October 13, 2017. The officers confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong from her home.

2. [Miluo City, Hunan Province] Ms. Wu Xiaoming Arrested

Ms. Wu Xiaoming moved to Yueyang City to live with and care for her over 80-year-old mother. She was arrested in front of her mother by officers from Miluo City Police Department and Domestic Security Division on October 15, 2017. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Xiaoxiang and Ms. Xia Fugui Detained

Mr. Zhang Xiaoxiang was arrested on the afternoon of October 17, 2017, after he was reported for distributing calendars containing Falun Gong information. He is being held at the Beishan Police Station.

Ms. Xia Fugui and her husband were arrested at home on the afternoon of October 16, 2017. The police searched their home and confiscated Falun Gong books and materials. The couple was taken to the Henanjie Police Station. Ms. Xia's husband was released that night, and Ms. Xia was held for ten days at a detention center.

4. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Shuhua and Ms. Wang Guixia Detained

Ms. Liu Shuhua and Ms. Wang Guixia of Xinzhou District were arrested by officers from the Sandianjie Police Station on the afternoon of October 18, 2017, after they were reported for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The officers ransacked their homes and confiscated their Falun Gong books, pictures of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong related materials, and other belongings. Ms. Liu and Ms. Wang were taken to Wuhan Detention Center at around 11:00 p.m.

5. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Huamei and Ms. Song Xiaofang Detained

Ms. Zhao Huamei and Ms. Song Xiaofang were arrested on October 17, 2017, and admitted to Weifang Detention Center on October 18, 2017. Ms. Song's elder sister, Ms. Song Qin, was arrested with them, but was released because she failed the physical exam required by the detention center. It was said that their homes were ransacked by police.

6. [Shanghai] Ms. Ren Fengmei Arrested

Ms. Ren Fengmei from Zhabei District was arrested on the morning of October 18, 2017. Her family returned home and found that their computer and printer were gone.

7. [Guangan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Bai Shuying Arrested and Ms. Lin Jingrong Detained

Ms. Bai Shuying and Ms. Lin Jingrong from Guangan District were arrested on the afternoon of October 17, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials. Their homes were ransacked by police, and their Falun Gong books were confiscated. Ms. Bai was released. Ms. Lin is being detained.

8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Hu Yongchao and Wife Ms. Zhang Suquan Arrested

Mr. Hu Yongchao and wife, Ms. Zhang Suquan, were arrested on October 13, 2017, by officer Chen Shichao and others from Anjing Town Police Station in Pi County. The officers went to Mr. Hu's home in the afternoon, ransacked it, confiscated Falun Gong materials, arrested Ms. Zhang, and took her to the police station. After Mr. Hu returned home, he was arrested and taken to the police station. The couple was released at midnight.

9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Eleven Practitioners Arrested

Eleven practitioners were arrested at a practitioner's home on Xima Street, Jiangan District, by two dozen officers from Xima Street Police Station at noon on October 17, 2017. The officers ransacked the home and confiscated Falun Gong books and a picture of the founder of Falun Gong. Eight practitioners were released on October 18, but the whereabouts of the three remaining practitioners, Ms. Lu Lixian, Ms. Wang Lixin, and Ms. Chen Shanju, are unknown.

10. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Xiaozhi and Ms. Wang Lihua Detained

Ms. Yang Xiaozhi and Ms. Wang Lihua were arrested in the countryside on the morning of October 19, 2017, after being reported for talking to others about the persecution of Falun Gong and distributing Falun Gong table calendars. They are being held at the Qingyuan County Police Department. Ms. Yang's home was ransacked.

11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Feng Zhilin Detained at Brainwashing Center

Mr. Feng Zhilin of Zhangdu Lake, Xinzhou District, was arrested in late September 2017. He was detained at Yushun Mountain Brainwashing Center in Caidian District.

12. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Cuihua Arrested

Ms. Wang Cuihua was arrested on September 27, 2017. Her whereabouts are unknown.

13. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Two Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Song Yanping of Ningjin County was arrested at home by officer Liu Yanchao and others from Ningjin County Domestic Security Division on October 18, 2017.

Another practitioner with the last name Zhang was also arrested.

14. [Loudi City, Hunan Province] Ms. Zhu Chunhua Detained

Ms. Zhu Chunhua was arrested at home by a dozen officers on the afternoon of October 12, 2017. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated her printer, Falun Gong books, and other belongings. Ms. Zhu was taken to the Loudi City Detention Center.

15. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yu Min and Wife Ms. Li Shulian Detained

Mr. Yu Min and his wife, Ms. Li Shulian, who live in the family buildings in Changchun City Agriculture University, were arrested on the morning of October 17, 2017. Their home was ransacked, and their personal belongings, including Falun Gong books, were confiscated. Ms. Li was admitted to the hospital, and Mr. Yu has been detained.

Ms. Zhang Yangui was arrested on the afternoon of October 14, 2017, by Deng Changneng, director of Liangshi Police Station, and officers from Qidong County 610 Office and Domestic Security Division. Ms. Zhang is being held at the Hengyang Women's Detention Center.

17. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhu Hengde Detained

Mr. Zhu Hengde was arrested at home on the afternoon of October 7, 2017, by Ma Yuqiang, captain of Gudao Domestic Security Division, and other officers. The officers ransacked the house for two hours and confiscated Falun Gong books and other belongings. Mr. Zhu was detained in Niuzhuang Town.

18. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Xiuting Arrested

Ms. Sun Xiuting, around 80 years old, was arrested on October 18, 2017, after being reported for posting Falun Gong materials. She was taken to the Cuiping Police Station. A half dozen officers held her down on a sofa and handcuffed her. They confiscated everything in her backpack, including Falun Gong materials and cash. She was released with the empty backpack.

19. [Heze City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Wenyou Missing for 18 Years

Mr. Zhang Wenyou, around 50 years old, has been missing for 18 years.

20. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Yumian and Mr. Wang Chuanxi Detained

Ms. Sun Yumian, who lives in Yingbing Community, Daoli District, was arrested early on the morning of September 12, 2017, by four officers who raided her home. Her Falun Gong books were confiscated, and she was detained for seven days at the Harbin City No. 1 Detention Center.

Mr. Wang Chuanxi of Gu Village, Daoli District, was arrested on September 21, 2017, and detained in Harbin City Detention Center. He was released on October 1, 2017.
