1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhou Xikun Sentenced

Mr. Zhou Xikun was sentenced to a three-year prison term and fined 5,000 yuan by the Hongshan District Court on October 31, 2017. He has appealed.

2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Han Yu Arrested

Ms. Han Yu was arrested by officers from the Chengxi Police Station on October 24, 2017. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a TV and set-top decoder.

Ms. Han was held for several hours.

3. [Xuancheng City, Anhui Province] Ms. Feng Suyun Arrested

Ms. Feng Suyun was arrested by four plainclothes officers from the Tielu Police Station in October 2017. Her home was ransacked and all of her Falun Gong books were confiscated.

4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Hu Jinyan Taken to Prison

Ms. Hu Jinyan has been taken to the Shandong Provincial Prison.

5. [Lishui City, Zhejiang Province] Six Practitioners Taken to Brainwashing Center

Six practitioners were arrested by officers from the Huzhen Town Police Station on October 15, 2017. They were taken to the Xiaojun Brainwashing Center in Jinyun County.

The practitioners arrested included Ms. Zhang Meizhen, Ms. Wang Shuwan, Ms. Li Huanren, Ms. Li Danzhen, Ms. Yi Chu, and Ms. Shi Ruilian. This is Ms. Shi's third time being illegally detained in a brainwashing center.

Ms. Zhang Jie, in her forties, and her husband were arrested at home by officers from the Yingdong District Police Department and the Xiangyanglu Police Station on October 31, 2017. The police ransacked their home and confiscated many personal belongings.

Ms. Zhang is being held at the Fuyang City Detention Center. Her husband was released.

7. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Li Chengzhong Detained

Mr. Li Chengzhong was arrested by officers from the Hongge Police Station on October 29, 2017, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He is being held at the Wanyaoshu Detention Center in Panzhihua City.

8. [Chongqing] Ms. Du Kaixiu Arrested

Ms. Du Kaixiu was arrested on November 2, 2017.

9. [Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zheng Shumei Detained

Ms. Zheng Shumei was arrested by officers from the Jidong County Domestic Security Division on October 16, 2017. Her home was ransacked the following day.

Ms. Zheng is being held in the Jixi Detention Center.

10. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Five Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

Five practitioners were sentenced by the Liaozhong District Court in November and December 2016.

Ms. Han Qing was sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term.Ms. Ye Zhongqiu was sentenced to a four-year prison term.Mr. Chen Hong was sentenced to a one-and-a-half-year prison term.Ms. Zheng Lihong was sentenced to a one-year prison term.Mr. Dai Shubao was sentenced to a seven-and-a-half-year prison term.

Ms. Dai Zuolan and Ms. Chen Shujun were arrested on October 17, 2017. They are being held in the Yunxi Detention Center, Yueyang City.

Mr. Shi Qiang was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center in October 2017.

13. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Shufen Detained

Ms. Zhang Shufen was arrested by officers from the Paoziyan Police Station on October 15, 2017. The police confiscated Falun Gong books from her home.

Ms. Zhang was detained for a day.

14. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Lu Guiqin Arrested

Ms. Lu Guiqin was arrested on October 26, 2017. The police ransacked her home and confiscated 800 yuan in cash, a DVD player, informational DVDs about the persecution, and all of her Falun Gong books.

15. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Xiaoxiang Arrested

Mr. Zhang Xiaoxiang was arrested at home on October 17, 2017.

Mr. Li Da was recently sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term and fined 6,000 yuan.
