1. [Shanghai] Ms. Cong Peixi Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Cong Peixi from Yangpu District was recently arrested by officers from the Changbaishanlu Police Station for talking to people about Falun Gong. Yangpu District police ransacked her home and confiscated several Falun Gong books. She was taken to the Yangpu District Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Gao Caixia and her husband Mr. Wang Yubo were arrested and taken to the Changping Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Xiao Lianhong was arrested on the evening of October 15, 2017.

Ms. Zhang Yanxia and another practitioner were arrested on October 15, 2017.

Ms. Guo Xiujie was arrested on October 10, 2017.

7. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Yuxin and Ms. Jin Xiaojing Detained

Ms. Zhang Yuxin and Ms. Jin Xiaojing were arrested at work by officers from the Ningjiang No. 2 Police Department for suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the communist regime. They were detained for 15 days.

8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Mr. He Yuanchao and five practitioners from Xiangfu Town, Qingbaijiang District, were arrested by officers from the Xiangfu Police Station at a rented home when studying the Falun Gong teachings on the afternoon of October 15, 2017. One 70-year-old female practitioner fainted. The officers took her and two other elderly practitioners to a hospital for physical examinations.

The officers took Mr. He who was handcuffed to his home and ransacked the place. They did not find anything they were looking for.

9. [Beijing] Mr. Qin Wei Taken to Prison

Mr. Qin Wei has been taken to the Chadian Prison in Tianjin.

10. [Qingzhou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhou Shihua's Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Zhou Shihua from Wanfang Village, Tanfang Town, was arrested at home by officers from the Tanfang Town Police Station on September 23, 2017. His whereabouts are unknown.

11. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Qinglei Detained

Mr. Liu Qinglei from Baliu Village, Guguantun Town, Liaocheng Development Zone, was arrested by two officers from the Guguantun Town Police Station on the evening of October 15, 2017. He was taken to the Pingyin Detention Center.

12. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ding Shufang Detained

Ms. Ding Shufang, 43, an employee at the Hebei Pharmaceutical Group, was arrested at work by the head of the Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of October 13, 2017. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Gaoyang Detention Center that evening. The officers demanded that her husband pay for room and board.

13. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Song Guilan Detained

Ms. Song Guilan was arrested and taken to the Lianmeng Police Station on the morning of October 15, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong. Liu Ruijun, director of the police station, and other officers ransacked her home. They videotaped the process. Ms. Song is held in a detention center. It was said that she would be detained for 10 days.

Mr. Chen Jianru was arrested by two plainclothes officers from the Honggu Police Department on October 14, 2017. He was taken to the Lanzhou Legal Education Base, which is also called the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center, on October 15.

16. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Ms. Wen Zhongyuan Stopped to Take Mother to a Doctor in Beijing

Ms. Wen Zhongyuan from Tianshui City works on odd jobs in Beijing. She came home to visit her sick mother in Tianshui City on October 10, 2017. She and her husband were going to take her mother to Beijing to see a doctor. She was stopped by Tianshui police at the Tianshui Train Station on October 10, while her husband and her mother got on the train.

17. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wei Shuhua Arrested

Ms. Wei Shuhua from the Ajingou area, Dongzhou District, was arrested at her rented home at the end of August 2017. She was taken to the Fushun Detention Center and returned to her home the same evening for failing the physical exam.

18. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Guixian Detained

Ms. Xu Guixian from the Tiebeisongpoyuan area, Linghe District, was arrested when she arrived at home on the evening of October 11, 2017. A group of officers from the Tiexin Police Station, who waited in the hallway, rushed into her home when she opened the door and ransacked it. When her husband came in and tried to stop the police, officers twisted his arm behind his back. The couple was arrested. The officers confiscated two computers, a box of Falun Gong books, and a paper cutter. Ms. Xu was taken to a detention center that evening. Her husband was released at midnight.

About 20 officers from the SWAT Team of the Haizhou Police Department and the Heping Police Station broke into Ms. Yan Fengrong's home in Xinqiu District and arrested Ms. Yan, her husband Mr. Li Huimin. Ms. Cheng Yumei, Ms. Wang Siqin, and Ms. Zhou on the afternoon of September 25, 2017. The officers ransacked the place and confiscated many items.
