1. [Beijing] Ms. Cao Zhiping Detained

Ms. Cao Zhiping was arrested by officers from the Majiabao Police Station in November 2017 for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Cao is being held in the Fengtai District Detention Center.

2. [Beijing] Ms. He Rujia Detained

Ms. He Rujia, 51, was arrested at her home by officers from the Shuguang Police Station on April 1, 2017. She is being held in the Haidian Detention Center.

3. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Pu Jinghua Detained

Ms. Pu Jinghua was recently arrested by officers from Qinghe Town and Tonghua City. Her home was ransacked.

Ms. Pu is being held in the Tonghua Detention Center.

4. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Xingxiang Arrested

Ms. Wang Xingxiang was arrested on November 27, 2017.

5. [Laoting County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Zhiqin and Ms. Cao Yachun Detained

Mr. Wang Zhiqin and his wife Ms. Cao Yachun were arrested by officers from the Laoting County Domestic Security Division and the Matouying Police Station on December 1, 2017. They are being held in the Laoting Detention Center.

6. [Changli County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Ying and Ms. Yang Fengying Arrested

Ms. Zhang Ying and Ms. Yang Fengying were arrested by officers from the Longjiadian Police Station on December 11, 2017, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

7. [Tongwei County, Gansu Province] Ms. Niu Bianbian and Ms. Niu Bianzi Sentenced

Ms. Niu Bianbian and her sister Ms. Niu Bianzi were tried on November 21, 2017.

Ms. Niu Bianbian was sentenced to an 18-month prison term on December 8. Ms. Niu Bianzi was sentenced to a one-year prison term. Both practitioner have appealed to the Dingxi City Intermediate Court.

Ms. Niu Bianbian is being held in the Dingxi Detention Center. Ms. Niu Bianzi was released on bail, but was soon arrested again and taken to a detention center.

8. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Cheng Shifeng Sentenced

Ms. Cheng Shifeng was arrested by officers from the Qiaotou Police Station on June 3, 2017. She was taken to the Dabailou Detention Center in Caibei. Her arrest was approved on June 15.

Ms. Cheng was sentenced to a one-year prison term by the Pingshan District Court on December 4, 2017.

9. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wu Naiying Sentenced

Ms. Wu Naiying is being held in the Shenyang City Detention Center. She developed high blood pressure and shingles due to the persecution.

Ms. Wu was recently sentenced to a three-year prison term.
