(Minghui.org) Every September and October, the Minghui website publishes calendars, Chinese New Year pictures, and lucky characters known as “Fu.” These are available for us to download and make truth-clarification materials to inform people about Falun Dafa and to save sentient beings.
I was asked to be the coordinator for making the Chinese New Year pictures and “Fu” characters for our Fa study group this year. “Fu” means good fortune, wealth and good luck. In the process of making and giving out the decorations, there were many miraculous stories that reveal Master’s great compassion and the mighty power of Dafa.
When I was making Fu character pendants, time seemed to fly by and the day was over before I had completed even half of what I thought I would. I tried to work fast and stay focused, but with all the details that go into making the pendants, it didn’t seem like I would be able to finish them before the new year.
So I asked Master in my mind, “Please slow down the time in my field. I must make more pendants so that people can learn about Dafa and be saved.”
As soon as I made this request, amazingly, time really did slow down! In just one day I completed what would normally would have taken me several days to do.
Over the course of making the pendants, my hands looked better each day. Although I am almost 60, my son was amazed when he noticed that my hands looked so youthful and delicate.
I told him that cultivating in Falun Dafa was the best decision I had ever made, and that I was doing the most wonderful thing in the world. I explained that Master always helps me, and that my hands are a beautiful manifestation of the wonderful benefits of practicing Dafa. He nodded in agreement.
I had a magical experience when I was doing the Falun Dafa meditation one night. While I sat there very still, I saw the three words, “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance” printed on the pendants, emitting beautiful golden rays of light.
A Buddha appeared, sitting in the middle of one of the characters. Rows of small golden entities emerged from the decorative beads of the pendant, and they said in unison: “We are guardians of the Fa.”
Master said:
“Cultivation depends on one’s own efforts, while the transformation of gong is done by one’s master.” (Lecture One in Zhuan Falun)
In this human dimension things are done by Dafa practitioners, while in other dimensions everything is done by Master. As a practitioner, we should seriously do the three things well and fulfill our responsibility to assist Master.
I went into a small shop to buy something to eat one day, and was greeted by the shop owner and her assistant. I took the opportunity to tell them about Dafa, the persecution and quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. In the end, they asked me to help them quit the CCP.
Before saying goodbye, I gave each of them a pendant as a gift. The shop owner loved it, and insisted on giving me a packet of special red dates from her hometown as a gift of gratitude.
When I was taking a taxi once, I saw a figure of Chairman Mao mounted on the dashboard. I told the driver about Dafa and how the CCP had deceived and killed tens of millions of Chinese people, and suggested that he get rid of the figure as it will not being him good luck.
The man was concerned about the expense of the figure, since it cost him more than 200 yuan. I asked him, “Which is more important: life or money?”
He answered: “Of course, life is the most precious.” I wanted to give him a pendant, but there were none left in my bag.
I saw the Dafa decoration hanging on my handbag, and gave it to him. I said: “Here is a gift carved with the characters, ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.’ You will be blessed if you always keep these three words in mind. Knowing the truth about Dafa and quitting the CCP will keep you safe in the future.”
The driver nodded and remarked: “Thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be saved!”
My brother had been living in poverty and poor health for some time. He experienced a huge change in his life once he learned about Dafa. His health improved, and he found a job that he likes that earns him a good living.
Some relatives and friends do not understand why I am so unshakable in my belief in Dafa. When we get together, they often mock and even laugh at me. My brother and his wife, however, stood up for me and declared, “She has done nothing wrong!”
I told my brother and his wife, “You are truly blessed since you support and believe in Dafa.”
