1. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Meixin in Prison, His Wife Ms. Wang Guihua Released

Ms. Wang Guihua and her husband, Mr. Wang Meixin, from Yixi, Daqing City were arrested in October, 2015. They were sentenced to five years and four years in prison, respectively.

Ms. Wang was released due to her poor health. Mr. Wang is still imprisoned.

The Yixi Judicial Office extorted 50,000 yuan from Ms. Wang's family on October 1, 2018.

2. [Bin County, Helongjiang Province] Ms. Fan Yanli Detained

Ms. Fan Yanli from Pingfang Township was arrested on the evening of October 12, 2018, when she was checking in at the East Harbin City Station.

Ms. Fan is being held in a detention center near the Harbin Airport.

3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Wang Hongyan, Mr. Du He, Mr. Yu Chunbo, Mr. Long, Ms. Wang Min, Ms. Qu Li, and two other practitioners were arrested on October 12, 2018.

4. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Mr. Fu Renjiang Sent to Prison

Mr. Fu Renjiang was sentenced to five years in prison by the Huadian City Court. He was taken to prison.

5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Peixian Arrested

Ms Li Peixian was arrested at home by Yihelu Police Station officers on October 14, 2018.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Gao Jingqun Detained

Mr. Gao Jingqun from the Shenhe District was arrested by Zhujianlu Police Station officers on the morning of October 12, 2018. He is being held in the Shenyang City Detention Center.

Mr. Shen Zhongqin from the Shenhe District was arrested on the morning of September 22, 2018. He was taken to the Shenyang City No. 1 Detention Center.

Ms. Sun Zhongfang, from Majiabao in the Fengtai District, was arrested with other practitioners in mid-May, 2018 when they were studying the teachings of Falun Gong together.

All of the practitioners were released, but Ms. Sun is facing trial after receiving an indictment from the Fengtai District Procuratorate on October 9, 2018.

9. [Tianjin] Ms. Cong Huifen Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Cong Huifen, 81, was tried by the Hongqiao District Court on October 10, 2018. She was sentenced to one year in prison, but it is to be carried out outside the prison.

10. [Yutian County, Hebei Province] Ms. Hu Shixiang and Ms. Wang Yahong Arrested

Ms. Hu Shixiang and Ms. Wang Yahong, both from Chengguan Town, Yutian County, were arrested by Chengguan Police Station officers on the afternoon of October 13, 2018, when they were talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Wang was released on October 14, after she failed the physical exam. Ms. Hu was taken to the county detention center.

11. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Tan Shuyu and His Wife Ms. Sun Yanmei Detained

Mr. Tan Shuyu and his wife, Ms. Sun Yanmei, were arrested by Yuhuangmiao Police Station officers in Shanghe County when they were distributing informational materials about Falun Gong in the Yuhuangmiao Open Market on the morning of October 4, 2018.

The couple were held in the Jinan Detention Center for seven days.

12. [Shanghe County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zheng Huimei Detained

Ms. Zheng Huimei was arrested by Shanghe County Police Station officers on October 1, 2018, when she was talking people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked, and her Falun Gong books and cell phone were confiscated.

Ms. Zheng was taken to the Jinan No. 3 Women's Detention Center for 15 days and fined 1,000 yuan.
