(Minghui.org) The Minghui website released a new version of the Falun Dafa exercise music on November 5, 2018. The music for the second exercise is 60 minutes long, instead of the previous 30 minutes. I would like to share the benefits I received exercising with the new longer version music. My hope is that other practitioners will be encouraged to try it, and also benefit from it.
The day after the new music was released I asked another practitioner to practice with me. She had previously tried the one hour exercise two (Falun Standing Stance) in China and was not successful with it. However, she was willing to give it a try, as she wondered if it was something our Teacher (Master Li) was encouraging us to do by having it posted on Minghui.
She said she felt a strong energy field when we began. We perspired and struggled a bit, but completed the practice. She (Alice) commented that her body felt relaxed and filled with energy. That day Alice did not need to take her usual nap at noontime, and she said her work efficiency improved significantly.
I too felt a strong energy field, different than my typical morning practice. I usually felt sleepy and tired in the morning, but after practicing this hour-long Falun Standing Stance exercise, I felt that my body was extra light, and the usual sleepiness and exhaustion were gone. My morning diligence improved.
Alice and I live in the same apartment and we both work in the media. Every day we get up 3:50 a.m. to exercise and study the Fa until 7:30 a.m. Then we start work, and finish at 6:00 p.m. We eat a simple meal to save time for Dafa Projects.
We usually study the Fa again from 9:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. and we sleep for only four hours. After we began doing the hour-long exercise two, we no longer felt sleepy during the day.
We also asked some other practitioners to join us. They all had similar comments. There is a strong energy field.
We realized that this extended practice music must have many connotations we may not fully understand, but we feel the power of the physical field and experienced the energy field. If we persist practicing it, we will continue to benefit.
One of our practitioners hesitated to join our exercise practice when we invited him. However, once he began, he felt a strong energy field and persisted. Although it was difficult, he was willing to continue. He recently not only practiced the hour-long exercise with us but also finished the other exercise sets.
Many practitioners are busy with Dafa projects, and we believe that many do not have time to sleep and are often tired. If you can do this version of exercise two for one hour, your energy gain will far exceed one extra hour of sleep. From our experience, it has proven to be effective.
I would like more practitioners to try the new music and hope that you can get the same benefits that we have experienced. While doing what we should do as Dafa practitioners, we can keep up our physical strength and have the energy to fulfill our requirements from Teacher. With good spirits and energy, we can be more efficient and complete tasks with half the effort.
