1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Xu Xiaoying Arrested

Ms. Xu Xiaoyin, 39, was arrested at home by officers from the Hebei Police Station in the Daoli District on the morning of November 9, 2018. She was taken to the Daoli Police Department.

2. [Xingyi City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Huang Lihong Arrested

Ms. Huang Lihong was arrested around September 9, 2018, for distributing Falun Gong materials. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Gao Qifen and Several Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Gao Qifen and more than ten other practitioners were arrested on November 8, 2018, when they were studying the Falun Gong teachings at a practitioner's home. Their homes were ransacked.
