1. [Chongqing] Ms. Gong Xiuying Sentenced to a Two-Year Prison Term

Ms. Gong Xiuying from the Jiulongpo District was sentenced to a two-year prison term and fined 2,000 yuan by the Jiulongpo Court on the morning of September 17, 2019. She has been detained for over ten months.

Ms. Gong has appealed.

2. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Two Practitioners Arrested; Five Other Practitioners' Cases Passed to Court

Mr. Li Pingyu and Ms. Zhang Xiaojuan from the Jianghan District were arrested on Jianghan Road and Taining Street on September 12, 2019.

Five practitioners in the Donghu area had their cases passed to the court. They are: Mr. Xiong Youyi, Mr. Zhang Bo, Mr. Li Jun, Mr. Zhang Xuqing, and Mr. Zhou Guoqiang. Mr. Zhou works at the Xiyuan Property Management Office.

3. [Wudalianchi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Guizhi and Ms. Li Huixia Detained

Ms. Wang Guizhi and Ms. Li Huixia from the Zhanhe Forestry area were arrested on September 13, 2019, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. They were held in a detention center for 15 days.

4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yu Chunsheng’s Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

Mr. Yu Chunsheng was arrested by officers from the Beizhan Police Station on June 19, 2019. His case has been turned over to the Railway Procuratorate.

5. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yu Zhihong Arrested

Mr. Yu Zhihong was arrested on the morning of September 18, 2019.

6. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Eight Practitioners Detained

Mr. Liu Shehong, his wife Ms. Zhao Xiujuan, Mr. Shao Lian, Mr. Zhang Jingzhou, Mr. Li Xingjun, his wife Ms. Sun Jiangyi, Ms. Wang Qiong, and Mr. Ma Shijun are being held in the Ximen Detention Center, Jingzhou City.

7. [Tianjin] Ms. Mo Xiuwei and Ms. Lin Fuhua Arrested

Ms. Mo Xiuwei was arrested at home by officers from the Xiacang Police Station in mid-September 2019.

Ms. Lin Fuhua was recently arrested. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a computer.

8. [Yi County, Hebei Province] Mr. Gao Xiaoxiong Detained

Mr. Gao Xiaoxiong and his non-practitioner wife were arrested by officers from the Zunyi Police Department and the local police station on the evening of September 8, 2019.

His wife was later released. Mr. Gao is being held in the Zunyi City No. 2 Detention Center. His notebook computer, printer, and cell phone were confiscated.

9. [Chongren County, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Gong Xiaohong Detained

Mr. Gong Xiaohong, 59, used to work from the Bashan Town Food Company. He was reported to the authorities for sending Falun Gong informational messages via WeChat, a popular Chinese social media app. He was arrested by officers from the Yongsheng Police Station on September 4, 2019. His home was ransacked, and Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

Mr. Gong was held in the county detention center for seven days. He has since returned home.

10. [Fuyu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Shuqin Arrested

Ms. Liu Shuqin from Baimianpu Village, Xiaojia Town, was arrested by officers from the Xiaojia Town Police Station on the morning of August 3, 2019, when she was on a bus to Fuyu City. She has since returned home.

11. [Yinan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Ning Dengxiu Arrested

Ms. Ning Dengxiu was recently arrested by officers from the Shuanghou Police Station.

12. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Huanying, Mr. Zhang Xiaodong, and Mr. Zhang’s son from the Development Zone were arrested on the morning of September 17, 2019. Mr. Zhang’s son was released later that evening.

Mr. Zhou Yanbo from the Jinzhou District was arrested on September 17. His home was ransacked.

13. [Lishui City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Shu Baomin and Ms. Hu Suxiang Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Shu Baomin from Yuechen Village, Dayuan Town, Jinyun County, was arrested on August 8, 2019, and taken to a brainwashing center.

Ms. Hu Suxiang from Wuyun Town was arrested on August 26. She was also taken to a brainwashing center.

14. [Dazhu County, Sichuan Province] Ms. She Xingmin Detained

Ms. She Xingmin from Dazhu County, Sichuan Province, works at a fur clothing store in Suning County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. She was arrested by plainclothes officers from Sichuan, the Shangcun Police Station, and the local Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of September 10, 2019. Her home was ransacked, and a printer, printed materials, and 29,700 yuan in cash were confiscated.

Ms. She is being held in the Renqiu City Detention Center.

15. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhu Shanrong, 76, Arrested

Ms. Zhu Shanrong, 76, from the Xiahuayuan District, was reported to the authorities for distributing Falun Gong materials in a residential community on September 15, 2019. She was arrested by officers from the Chengzhen Police Station. Her home was ransacked, and photos of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Dafa books, printed materials, and an MP3 were confiscated.

Ms. Zhu was released on September 17, due to her age.

17. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Pan Peide Detained

Mr. Pan Peide, in his 60s, was arrested at home by officers from the High-tech Zone Police Department and the Maoming City Police Department at 6:00 p.m. on September 16, 2019. His home was ransacked, and Falun Dafa books and materials were confiscated.

Mr. Pan was taken to the Maoming Detention Center.
