1. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gu Songde Incarcerated in Prison

Mr. Gu Songde was arrested by police in June 2018. He was taken to the Linyi City Brainwashing Center, and later transferred to the Linyi Detention Center.

Mr. Gu was sentenced to four years in prison in October 2018, and is incarcerated in the Jinan City Prison, Shandong Province.

2. [Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Tian Suhua Arrested

Ms. Tian Suhua, from the Zhanggong District, was arrested on January 30, 2019. The police confiscated approximately 2,000 yuan in cash and Falun Gong books from her home.

3. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Guo Shusen's Case Passed to Court

Mr. Guo Shusen, a technician at the Shengli Oilfield Shengda Group in Dongying City, was arrested on April 21, 2018. He has been interrogated several times, and his case has been passed to the court.

4. [Shanghai] Ms. Pei Shanzhen's Arrest Approved

Ms. Pei Shanzhen was arrested on December 27, 2018. The Huangpu Police Department approved the arrest on February 1, 2019.

5. [Shanghai] Mr. Zhang Runmin Arrested

Mr. Zhang Runmin was arrested by officers from the Yangpu Police Department on January 26, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

6. [Taicang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Dong Meiying and Ms. Qin Yanqiu Sentenced

Ms. Dong Meiying and Ms. Qin Yanqiu were both sentenced to four years in prison by the Zhangjiagang Court on January 30, 2019.

7. [Chibi City, Hubei Province] Ms. Chen Wangqiu Arrested

Ms. Chen Wangqiu was arrested on January 1, 2019, for posting informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books, informational materials, and DVDs.

Ms. Chen was taken to Chibi City Detention Center, but was released the following day because she had symptoms of high blood pressure.
