1. [Beijing] Mr. Wen Junqing Imprisoned

Mr. Wen Junqing from the Yanqing District was sentenced to two years in prison by the Yanqing Court on June 26, 2018. He appealed, but the Beijing Intermediate Court upheld the original verdict.

Mr. Wen is incarcerated in the No. 2 Ward of Tiantanghe Prison, and is not allowed family visits.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Zhou Suxia Detained

Ms. Zhou Suxia was arrested at home by officers from the Houshayu Police Station and the Shunyi Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of January 28, 2019. She is being held in the Nihe Detention Center.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Cheng Guiying and Ms. Cheng Guijing Facing Trial

The Nankai District Court will try Ms. Cheng Guiying and Ms. Cheng Guijing on February 13, 2019.

4. [Qinglong County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhai Suping and Mr. Pan Yingshun Sentenced

Ms. Zhai Suping was sentenced to four years and nine months in prison and fined 10,000 yuan on January 30, 2019. Her husband Mr. Pan Yingshun was sentenced to four and a half years in prison and fined 10,000 yuan on the same day. They have since appealed.

5. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Facing Trial Again

The Kuiwen District Court was to hold a second trial against Ms. Zhang Wenying, Ms. Tang Lihua, and Ms. Sun Xiaoying on the morning of February 13, 2019. The first trial was on December 3, 2018.

6. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Yueyun Develops Tumor in Prison

Ms. Zhao Yueyun, 50, from Sanga Town, is incarcerated in the Shandong Province Women's Prison. She was severely mistreated in prison, and has now developed a tumor in her stomach.

7. [Taichang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xu Yafen and Ms. Shen Yinglan Facing Trial

Ms. Xu Yafen and Ms. Shen Yinglan received copies of indictments from the Zhangjiagang Court in early February, 2019.
