1. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Liu Tifei and Ms. Wang Arrested

Ms. Liu Tifei, in her 70s, was arrested by plainclothes officers on the morning of April 23, 2019, when she was distributing information about Falun Gong. Ms. Wang was arrested at the same time. Ms. Liu was released. Ms. Wang was held in detention for 10 days.

2. [Tianjin] Ms. Tang Manzhi Arrested

Ms. Tang Manzhi of Dayahuzhai Village, Damengzhuang Township in the Wuqing District, was arrested by officers from the Damengzhuang Township Police Station on the afternoon of April 17, 2019. She was taken to the police station. Her home was ransacked.

3. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Gong Liang Detained

Mr. Gong Liang of Erlang Town, Gulin County, was arrested by Domestic Security Division officers on the afternoon of April 19, 2019. He was taken to a police station, then to a detention center.

4. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Chunyan Imprisoned

Ms. Li Chunyan was arrested by officers from the Tiexi Police Station on May 6, 2018. The Xingan District Court sentenced her to five years in prison on November 20, 2018. Ms. Li was incarcerated in the Training Ward of the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison in early April 2019.

5. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Chen Sihong and Mr. Chen Yu Detained

Ms. Chen Sihong and Mr. Chen Yu from the Shuimuqinghua area of the Dunkou Economic and Technology Development Zone were arrested on the afternoon of April 19, 2019, when they were talking to people and handing out information about the persecution of Falun Gong. Their home was ransacked. They were taken to the Erzhigou Detention Center in the Duoluokou area. Ms. Chen was detained for 15 days. Mr. Chen was detained for five days.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Xie Rongchun and Wife Ms. Xu Lina Imprisoned

Mr. Xie Rongchun was taken to the Gongzhuling Prison in Siping City in April 2019. His wife, Ms. Xu Lina, is being held in the Lanjia Women's Prison in Changchun City and subjected to a “sit-bench” form of torture.

Ms. Li Rui, 47, disappeared around November 9, 2018.

8. [Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province] Additional Information on Seven Practitioners' Arrest

Seven practitioners from Huili County—Ms. Zhuang Hongrong, Ms. Dong Xiuqiong, Ms. Tan Fang, Mr. Luo Longfei, Ms. Fu Yahui, Ms. Jiang Deyuan and her husband Mr. Zhang Zhengyou—were arrested by officers from the Huili County Domestic Security Division on the evening of April 21, 2019. Ms. Jiang and Mr. Zhang were released. The others are being held at the Huili Detention Center.

11. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhao Xiuying and Ms. Wang Detained

Ms. Zhao Xiuying and Ms. Wang were arrested in Nanhu Park on the afternoon of April 20, 2019, when they were telling people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Zhao was released the next day. Ms. Wang was taken to the Weizigou Detention Center and held for 15 days.

12. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Yuanyuan Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yuanyuan was arrested by Qinghe Police Station officers on the afternoon of April 20, 2019. Her notebook computer, cell phone, two printers, and dozens of Falun Gong books were confiscated. She was released when she did not pass the physical exam.

13. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Weiju and Ms. Hua Detained

Ms. Wang Weiju, 64, and Ms. Hua was arrested by officers from the Xinfu District Police Station on April 19, 2019, when they were talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Wang was taken to the Fushun City No. 1 Detention Center and subjected to criminal detention.

Ms. Cui Shuzhen, 66, from Yantai City was arrested in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, on the afternoon of March 12, 2019, when she was handing out information about Falun Gong in the Hangzhou Supermarket. Officers from the Jianggan District Domestic Security Division and the Dingqiao Police Station tracked and arrested her. They ransacked her home, confiscated two notebook computers, three cell phones, Falun Gong books and materials, and other items. They arrested her daughter. Her daughter was released. Ms. Cui is being held at the Hangzhou City Detention Center.

Ms. Xu Jinrong, in her 60s, from Erdao Township in the Fengman District was arrested by Erdao Township Police station officers on the afternoon of April 23, 2019. She is being held at the Jilin City Detention Center for 15 days.
