1. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhang Huimei and Others Detained

Ms. Zhang Huimei and others were arrested by officers from the Xingye Police Station on April 23, 2019. Their homes were ransacked. They are being held in the Nankai District Detention Center.

2. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Yuemei Detained

Ms. Zhang Yuemei from Pingdu City was arrested on the afternoon of April 18, 2019, when she was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in Yuanshang Town, Laixi City. She was taken to the Pudong Detention Center.

3. [Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Chen Songyan and Ms. Dalingzi Arrested

Ms. Chen Songyan and Ms. Dalingzi from Beian City were arrested on the morning of April 24, 2019, after they were reported to the authorities for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Nan Tiezhu Disappeared Ten Years Ago

Mr. Nan Tiezhu has been missing for ten years.

5. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Gao Yongcai and Ms. Yuan Yingmin Arrested

Mr. Gao Yongcai and Ms. Yuan Yingmin were arrested by officers from the Jianye Township Police Station on the evening of April 24, 2019. Their Falun Gong books were confiscated.

6. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Ou Lihua Arrested

Ms. Ou Lihua was arrested by officers from the Hongpailou Police Station on the evening of April 23, 2019. She has since been released.

7. [Jinchang City, Gansu Province] Ms. Ouyang Huilin and Ms. Shi Aichun Detained

Ms. Ouyang Huilin and Ms. Shi Aichun were arrested by officers from the Xinhualu Police Station on the afternoon of April 23, 2019. Their Falun Gong books were confiscated.

Ms. Ouyang and Ms. Shi are being held in the Jinchang Detention Center.

8. [Tianjin] Mr. Wu Donghong Detained

Mr. Wu Donghong from Binhai Village, Bohai Oil Company, was arrested on April 18, 2019. He is being held in the Tanggu District No. 1 Detention Center.

9. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Jianguo Arrested

Mr. Sun Jianguo, 81, was arrested on the morning of April 22, 2019, when he was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was taken to the Development Zone Police Station.

10. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Wei Arrested

Ms. Li Wei was arrested by officers from the Yaojia Police Station on April 14, 2019.

11. [Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Li Shi and Mr. Fan Jingtao were arrested on April 18, 2019. They are being held in the Fuyu County Detention Center.

Ms. Yang and Mr. Gai Shiguo were arrested by officers from the Xinhua Police Station. Ms. Yang was released later that night because she failed the physical exam. Ms. Gai was detained.

12. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Yuqin and Ms. Liu Zhihui Detained

Ms. Wang Yuqin and Ms. Liu Zhihui from Lingyuan City were arrested in Langfang City on April 21, 2018. Ms. Wang is being held in the Langfang Detention Center, while Ms. Liu is being held in the Chaoyang City Detention Center.

13. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Wang Yanfang, Ms. Wang Yanzhi, and Ms. He were arrested by officers from the Gaoxin Police Station on April 22, 2019. Their homes were ransacked.

14. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Bao Xinghuo Detained

Ms. Bao Yinghua was arrested by officers from the Wuhulu Police Station. She was photographed while talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong and reported to the police. Her home was ransacked, and Falun Gong books were confiscated.

Ms. Bao was detained for 12 days.
