1. [Shanghai] Mr. Zhang Qin Officially Arrested

Mr. Zhang Qin from the Xuhui District was officially placed under arrest on May 30, 2019. He is being held in the Xuhui District Detention Center. Mr. Zhang's mother just passed away a few days ago. His father, over 90, is alone at home.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Chen Yan's Case Turned Over to Court

Ms. Chen Yan is from the Shijingshan District. Her case was recently turned over to the Shijingshan District Court. She is now facing trial.

3. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Gao Yonghui Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Mr. Gao Yonghui was arrested by officers from the Xiyuhe Police Station on August 21, 2017 for mailing truth-clarification materials. He was held in the Chengdu City Detention Center. He was tried one year later by the Qingyang District Court on December 27, 2018, and was given a four-year prison term. He appealed to the intermediate court, which upheld the original verdict.

4. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Yunxin Arrested

Mr. Wang Yunxin from Baodi District was arrested at home by Niu Quan, deputy director, and other officers from the Yuhua Street Police Station on the afternoon of June 3, 2019. He is being held in the Yuhua Street Police station.

5. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhou Guangming Held in Custody

Mr. Zhou Guangming from Duozhuang Town was arrested by officers from the Duozhuang Town 610 Office and the police station on May 23, 2019. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and printed materials. Mr. Zhou was taken to the Mingyin County Detention Center.

6. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sui Ying Taken into Custody

Ms. Sui Ying from Huangdao District was called by the Huangdao District Court to come to the court and sign paperwork on May 29, 2019. She refused, but she was arrested and taken to a detention center by court staff.

7. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Guan Yibo Arrested

Mr. Guan Yibo, 49, from Gui'an New District, was arrested by officers from the Meilin Police Station, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, on his way to work on May 31, 2019.

8. [Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Gong Guoxing Given a Three-Year Prison Term

Mr. Gong Guoxing was given a three-year prison term. He is being held in the Suzhou Prison. His pension was suspended.

9. [Sanmenxia City, Henan Province] Elderly Ms. Xu Beaten

Ms. Xu, in her 80s, from Shanzhou District, stays in the Yuxi Machine Tool Plant's Health Center Nursing Home. She was beaten and kicked by Li Lihong, president of the nursing home, when she was doing the Falun Gong meditation exercise on the morning of June 3, 2019. Ms. Xu's foot was injured and bled as a result.

10. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Zhang Lianrui Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Zhang Lianrui was arrested and taken to the Xinhe Brainwashing Center on March 7, 2019.

11. [Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners' Cases Turned Over to Procuratorate

Mr. Xu Jiying, Ms. Xu Qiuhong, and Mr. Bai Shizhong are from the Keshan Farm. Their cases were turned over to the Jiusan Agricultural Reclamation Procuratorate for review on May 21, 2019.
