1. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Zhiyao and Mr. Zhang Qingshan Arrested

Ms. Wang Zhiyao, in her 60s, was arrested by officers from the Shuangyushu Police Station, Haidian District, on April 26, 2019. She was placed under criminal detention.

Mr. Zhang Qingshan was held in the No. 2 Team, Xin'an Brainwashing Center. No family visits have been allowed.

2. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Female Practitioner Erying Arrested

A female practitioner Erying from Jiangbei District was arrested on May 16, 2019. Two officers from the Xin'an Police Station ransacked her home the following morning and confiscated Falun Dafa books.

3. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Ping and Ms. Xi Hua Taken into Custody

Ms. Li Ping and Ms. Xi Hua were reported and arrested by officers from the Debiao Police Station when they were distributing Falun Gong materials on the morning of May 19, 2019. They were taken to the Weizigou Detention Center.

4. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Huanxia and Mr. Wang Baowen Arrested

Ms. Wang Huanxian and her son-in-law Mr. Wang Baowen were arrested by the director of women's work in Caozhuang Village and officers from the Gongyeyuan Police Station on the morning of May 20, 2019.

Ms. Tian Lisha was recently arrested when she went to Beijing to apply for a visa before an overseas trip.

6. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gao Feng Arrested

Mr. Gao Feng from Jiaxiang County was arrested by officers from the Rencheng District Police Station and the Jiaxiang Police Station on the morning of May 14, 2019. His home was ransacked. His whereabouts are unknown.

7. [Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Tang Yanlan Held in Custody

Ms. Tang Yanlan was arrested by approximately twelve officers from the Pengjiang District Police Department and the Tidong Police Station on the afternoon of April 22, 2019. She is being held in the Jiangmen City Detention Center.

8. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Kuang Zhihua and Other Practitioners Tried

Mr. Kuang Zhihua, Mr. Wan Dongnan, Ms. Zheng Yinxiu, and Ms. Li Junyun from Liantang Town were tried at the Xihu District Court on the morning of May 6, 2019.

Ms. Chen Wen, Ms. Gao Yinfeng, Ms. Hu Mitao, and Ms. Chen Yulian were tried at the Xihu District Court on the morning of May 10, 2019.

9. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Deng Deping and Ms. Li Xiuhua Arrested

Ms. Deng Deping and Ms. Li Xiuhua were arrested by officers from the Longdong Police Station when they were hanging Falun Gong banners in the early morning hours of May 13, 2019. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Deng was taken to a secret location without surveillance cameras, where she was beaten in an attempt to force her to confess to breaking the law. She is being held in the Tangshan City No. 1 Detention Center.

10. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Mr. Pan Yingshun and Wife Ms. Zhai Suping Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Pan Yingshun from Louzhangzi Town, Qinglong County, was sentenced to four years and six months in prison by the Changli Court. His wife Ms. Zhai Suping was sentenced to four years and nine months in prison. Both practitioners appealed.

11. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Held in Custody

Ms. Ren Xinju, Mr. Li Haige, and Ms. Li Zhijun were recently arrested. Ms. Ren is being held in the Hengshui City Detention Center, Mr. Li in the Hengshui City Lockup Center, and Ms. Li in the Gucheng County Detention Center.

12. [Shenzhou City Hebei Province] Female Practitioner Xiaoni Arrested

A female practitioner Xiaoni from Xilang Village was recently arrested at work. Her whereabouts are unknown.

13. [Cheng'an County, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Xiumei Held in Custody

Ms. Guo Xiumei, in her 50s, from Chenbiandong Village, Changxiang Township, was spotted by surveillance cameras when she was posting Falun Gong materials. She was arrested by the Cheng'an County police and the Changxiang Township police on May 16, 2019. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, a printer, an electric car, an electric tricycle, and all her Falun Dafa books. Ms. Guo is being held in the Cheng'an County Detention Center.

14. [Zhumadian City, Henan Province] Ms. Zhao Fengying Arrested; Mr. Xie Xiaoguang Abused in Prison

Ms. Zhao Fengying, 77, a retired accountant, was arrested at home on the morning of May 14, 2019.

Mr. Xie Xiaoguang, 61, was given a three-year prison term for suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist Party. He was held in the Zhengzhou Prison, where he was mistreated for refusing to give up his belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. He was forced to sit on a small stool for long periods of time, and has suffered lower limb paralysis.

15. [Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Huang Qingdeng and Wife Held in Custody

Mr. Huang Qingdeng and his wife, in their 80s, from Hongqiao Town, were arrested at home on April 17, 2019. They have been held in the Yueqing City Detention Center.

17. [Guangshui City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wang Cuiying Held in Custody

Ms. Wang Cuiying, in her 60s, from Qigang Village, Wangdian Town, Yingshan District, was arrested by officers from the Wangdian Police Station when she was posting Falun Gong materials on the afternoon of May 13, 2019. She is being held in the Xiaochang Detention Center.

18. [Huanggang City, Hubei Province] Mr. Luo Tao Taken into Custody

Mr. Luo Tao was arrested by officers from the Huangzhou District Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of May 13, 2019. His home was ransacked. He was taken to the Huanggang City No. 2 Detention Center.

19. [Pingba County, Guizhou Province] Ms. Zhang Wei and Two Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Wei and Ms. Pang Ping were arrested when they were distributing Falun Gong materials in Pingba County on April 20, 2019. Their whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Zhang Tingxiang was arrested on April 21, 2019. The police ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, Falun Dafa books, a cell phone, and 80,000 yuan in cash. He is being held in the Pingba County Detention Center.

20. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Li Yuanyou Faces Trial

Ms. Li Yuanyou, 62, was arrested when she was distributing Falun Gong materials in October 2018. She was held in the Sanjiang Detention Center. She was scheduled to be tried by the Nanming District Court on June 3 to June 7, 2019.

21. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Xifang Detained

Ms. Liu Xifang, 70, was arrested by officers from the Qidao Police Station when she was distributing Falun Gong materials on the morning of May 20, 2019. Her home was ransacked. She was detained for 15 days.

22. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Song Yucen Taken into Custody

Mr. Song Yucen from Heping District was arrested on March 29, 2019. His case was turned over to the Heping District Procuratorate on April 22. He was held in the Heping County Detention Center.

23. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jia Jingwen and Ms. Wang Hong Arrested

Mr. Jia Jingwen was arrested by officers from the Guta District Domestic Security Division when he was posting Falun Gong materials on the morning of May 14, 2019.

Ms. Wang Hong was arrested at home by officers from the Nuerhe Police Station on the evening of May 10, 2019. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books.

25. [Beijing] Ms. Xin Peizhen Arrested

Ms. Xin Peizhen and her sister from Tonghe County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, went to Tiananmen Square, Beijing, where they were arrested by officers from the Tiananmen Police Department on the afternoon of May 8, 2019.

26. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Tan Yanling Arrested

Ms. Tang Yanling was arrested when she was talking to people about Falun Gong on May 12, 2019.

27. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Ping Passes Away Due to Persecution

Ms. Wang Ping, 62, had been followed and monitored around the clock by the Qiqihar City Domestic Security Division. She was found dead on the side of Ang'angxi Road, far from Qiqihar City. Her body was in terrible shape.
