Mr. Tong Mingyu is being held in the Qiqihar Prison and has been on hunger strike for more than one and a half years. He is extremely thin and weak. He can't speak and is in critical condition.

2. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Ms. Li Xianhua Tried

Ms. Li Xianhua, 65, was arrested by officers from the Chenxi County Police Department in November 2018 for distributing Falun Gong materials. She was released two days later, but agents from the Chenxi 610 Office frequently harassed her at home.

Ms. Li was tried on January 11, 2019. Nothing has been heard from her since February 14. It is believed that she has been taken to the Changsha Women's Prison.

3. [Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Hongmei Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Zhao Hongmei was arrested on November 26, 2018, and was tried on February 13, 2019, and again on May 15. She was sentenced to a two-year prison term and fined 10,000 yuan by the Xingcheng City Court on June 24.

Ms. Zhao has appealed to the Huludao City Intermediate Court.

4. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Three Elderly Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Xu Zhongdao, in his 80s; a female practitioner, in her 70s; and Ms. Yang Guihua, in her 60s, in were arrested at Ms. Yang’s home in the Lianxi District by the Jiujiang City police on the afternoon of July 1, 2019, when they were studying the Falun Gong teachings together. Their homes were ransacked.

5. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Meng Xianqiang Abused in Detention Center

Mr. Meng Xianqiang was violently beaten by guard Guo Mingliang in the Changle Detention Center many times during the second half of 2018 to January 2019. He suffered multiple injuries to his head and arms. For a long time afterward, he couldn't lift his arms and had difficulty moving around.

Mr. Meng was kept in solitary confinement for two months and was given very little food to eat.

6. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Li Caixia Arrested

Ms. Li Caixia was arrested at home on the evening of July 2, 2019.

7. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Liu Xiuhua, Ms. Wang Aidi and Mr. Dong Jinhong from the Fengrun District were arrested by officers from the Tangshan City Police Department and Domestic Security Division on July 3, 2019. Ms. Liu was taken to the Duanminglu Police Station.

8. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Yuming Detained

Mr. Zhang Yuming was arrested by plainclothes officers on July 2, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Mou Aidong, head of the Zunhua City Domestic Security Division, and officers from the Buzidian Town Police Station ransacked Mr. Zhang’s home that afternoon and confiscated a computer, printer, cell phone, Falun Dafa books, and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Mr. Zhang is being held in the Zunhua Detention Center.

9. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Gao Guoqing Detained

Mr. Gao Guoqing from Xinzhao Town, Zhaoyuan County, was arrested by officers from the Sidalin Police Station in the Daoli District, Harbin City, on November 9, 2018. His home was ransacked. He was taken to the Police Hospital, located behind the Daoli Detention Center.

Mr. Gao was officially placed under arrest on December 19, 2018, and is now being held in the Daoli Detention Center.

10. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Shi Weidong and His Sister Ms. Shi Yanli Arrested

Mr. Shi Weidong from Shenzhuang Village, Liyuan Town, was arrested on the morning of July 3, 2019, along with his elder sister, Ms. Shi Yanli. His home was ransacked.

11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xiong Wenfeng Arrested

Ms. Xiong Wenfeng, in her 50s, from Liuzhi Street in the Huangpi District, was reported to the police for talking to people about Falun Gong in Qianchuan Street, Huangpi, and was arrested by officers from the Qianchuan Police Station.

She was taken to the Erzhigou Women's Detention Center and was not allowed family visits.

Ms. Xiong been missing since the end of April 2019.

12. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Chunjing Held in Custody

Ms. Liu Chunjing, 59, was arrested by officers from the Shengli Police Station in Huanan County on July 3, 2019, when she was talking to people about Falun Gong. Ms. Liu is being held in the underground interrogation room at the Huanan Police Department.

13. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Tian Shisheng and Ms. Tian Shulan Arrested

Mr. Tian Shisheng and Ms. Tian Shulan from Yuehe Township were arrested at home by officers from the Shuidong Police Station on the morning of July 3, 2019.

14. [Tianjin] Ms. Liu Shuzhen Sentenced to Prison; Her Daughter Ms. Xie Qiumei Detained

Ms. Liu Shuzhen, 69, from the Binhai New Area, Tanggu District, was sentenced to a three-year prison term in 2017.

Her daughter Ms. Xie Qiumei was arrested by officer Li Qiang, from the Xinbei Police Station, and other officers from the Domestic Security Division on the morning of April 10, 2019. Her home was ransacked, and a notebook computer, cell phone, audio player, and Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

Ms. Xie was released that afternoon but was arrested again by officers from the Xinbei Police Station on the afternoon of April 12. She was taken to the Binhai New Area No. 1 Detention Center for seven days.
