Mr. Ding Zhihong from the Makang Area was arrested on July 3, 2019. His current whereabouts are unknown. Two other practitioners who had some contact with him have been missing for several days.

2. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yin Yachan Detained

Ms. Yin Yachan was reported to the police for distributing Falun Gong materials on July 16, 2019. She was arrested by officers from the Chengguan Police Station and the Chengzhen Police Station. Those officers and officers from the Domestic Security ransacked her home. Ms. Yin was taken to the Hengshui City for detention that day.

3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Liqing Arrested

Ma. Wang Liqing was reported to the police when she talked to others about Falun Gong on the morning of July 16, 2019. She was arrested by officers from the Shashan Police Station, Heping District.

4. [Yulin City, Guangxi Province] Ms. He Meigui Arrested; Daughter Harassed

Ms. He Meigui, 72, was reported to the police when she distributed Falun Gong materials about 10 days ago. She was arrested at home. It was reported that she is being held a detention center. Her daughter was harassed.

5. [Langzhong City, Sichuan Province] Ms. An Linghua and Her Sister Ms. An Suhua Placed Under Criminal Detention

Ms. An Linghua was arrested at her elder sister Ms. An Suhua’s home on the morning of July 5, 2019. Both sisters were placed under criminal detention in Nanchong City.

6. [Hanchuan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Guihua and Ms. Li Qiuxiang Detained

Ms. Zhang Guihua and Ms. Li Qiuxiang from Makou Town were arrested by officers from the Makou Town Police Station when they were talking to people about Falun Gong at the Gaoguan Area, Makou Town, on the morning of July 16, 2019. Both practitioners were taken to the Hanchuan Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

7. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wu Ruiying Arrested

Ms. Wu Ruiying, in her 70s, lives alone. More than twelve officers from the Hongqi Police Station broke into Ms. Wu’s home and ransacked it on the evening of July 10, 2019. They confiscated Falun Dafa books and took Ms. Wu to the police station.

8. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Di Fengru Detained

Five or six officers from the Tang County Domestic Security Division and the Beiluo Town Police Station broke into Ms. Di Fengru’s home in North Nangang Village and ransacked the residence on July 15, 2019. They confiscated Falun Dafa books and extorted 3,000 yuan. They forced Ms. Di’s son to drive her to the police station. Ms. Di was later transferred to the Tang County Detention Center for 10 days of detention.

9. [Heishan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Lianrong and Her Husband Arrested

Ms. Zhang Lianrong and her husband were arrested at their home at midnight on July 14, 2019.

10. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhang Yuemei Held in Custody

Ms. Zhang Yuemei from the Dongli District was arrested by officers from the Junliangcheng Police Station on July 12, 2019. She is being held in the Dongli District Detention Center in Fengnian Village.

11. [Beijing] Ms. Yang Xiulan Taken Into Custody

Ms. Yang Xiulan, a retired worker from the No. 251 Factory, from Kangzhuang Town, Yanqing District, was arrested by officers from the Kangzhuang Town Police Station on July 16, 2019. She was held in the Changping Detention Center.

12. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Jiayu and His Wife Ms. Zhang Guiying’s Home Ransacked

Seven or eight officers from the Andi Police Station, Yinan County, broke into Mr. Zhang Jiayu and his wife Ms. Zhang Guiying’s home and ransacked it on July 17, 2019. They confiscated Falun Dafa books, DVDs of lectures given by Falun Gong's founder, and Minghui Weekly.

13. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Ding Guochen and Wife Ms. Yan Qinghua Arrested

Mr. Ding Guochen and his wife Ms. Yan Qinghua were arrested on the morning of July 10, 2019. His tutoring class facility and home were ransacked. The police confiscated over 20 printers, four computers, Falun Dafa books, printed materials, and DVDs. Mr. Ding was placed in criminal detention at the Jinzhou District Detention Center. Ms. Yan was released on bail.

14. [Shanghai] Mr. Xia Xin Held in Custody

Mr. Xia Xin from the Minhang District was arrested when he was distributing Falun Gong materials around June 26 or June 27, 2019. He is being held in a detention center.

15. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wu Chunhua Held in Custody

Ms. Wu Chunhua, from Houmu Village, Yingchengzi Town, was arrested by officers from the High-Tech Park Police Station and Lansha SWAT Team on July 10, 2019. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a printer, a computer, and printer paper. Ms. Wu’s non-practitioner husband was also handcuffed and taken away. He was released that evening. Ms. Wu is being held in the Yaojia Detention Center.

16. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Tan Fuhong Detained

Ms. Tan Fuhong from Laiyuan County was arrested by officers from the Laiyuan County Domestic Security Division on July 17, 2019. She is being held in a detention center for 15 days of detention.

17. [Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Hu Shuiqing Detained

Mr. Hu Shuiqing from Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, was arrested by officers from the Baotou City Train Station on July 8, 2019. He was detained for seven days and has returned home.

18. [Jing County, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners’ Homes Ransacked

Officers from the Jing County Domestic Security Division again ransacked homes of Mr. Zhu Hailiang, Mr. Zhu Haitao, and Ms. Wu Huilai, in Zhujiaguan Village, Qinglan Township, at noon on July 16, 2019. Mr. Zhu Hailiang’s wife was arrested and taken to the Jing County Police Department.

19. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Ruiguo Arrested

Mr. Wang Ruiguo was arrested by four or five police officers on July 17, 2019.

20. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Sumian Given a Three-Year Prison Term

Ms. Wang Sumian was given a three-year prison term by the Lushunkou District Court on June 21, 2019.

Ms. Xia Zhenrong was arrested at home on July 10, 2019. Her home was ransacked.

22. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ren Shuqing Detained

Ms. Ren Shuqing was followed, arrested and taken to the police department by Hou Shouyin, deputy head of the Chengde County Domestic Security Detention on July 1, 2019. Her home was ransacked. She was detained for 10 days. She has returned home.

23. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Zeng Hao’s Verdict Upheld

Mr. Zeng Hao, a university instructor from Haizhu District, was arrested at home by officers from the Haizhu District Police Department on August 10, 2017. He was held in the Haizhu District Detention Center. He was given a three-and-a-half-year prison term and fined 10,000 yuan by the Haizhu District Court on the morning of January 29, 2019.

The Guangzhou City Intermediate Court upheld the original verdict on June 26, 2019.

Ms. Li Huixian, in her 70s, was arrested at home by officers from the Yangjiang City 610 Office on June 9, 2019. She was taken to the Baisha Detention Center.

25. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Wenjing Arrested

Ms. Li Wenjing from Junliangcheng Town, Dongli District, was arrested at home by officers from the Junliangcheng Town Police Station on July 16, 2019. The officers confiscated a computer.

26. [Liangfang City, Hebei Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested

About 50 officers from the Yongqing County Domestic Security Division and the Sanshengkou Township Police Station broke into a group Fa-study site on the afternoon of July 16, 2019. They arrested Ms. Du Yufeng, Ms. Zheng Shuyun, Ms. Han Fengyun (in her 60s), Mr. Guo Baolun (in his 80s), Mr. Liu Jingren (in his 60s), Ms. Yu Shumei, Ms. Qian Qingsu, and Ms. Liu Heru (in her 60s). They also confiscated many Falun Dafa books and printed materials.

The eight practitioners were taken to the Sanshengkou Township Police Station, where their blood samples were taken for testing. Mr. Guo, who is over 80, and three practitioners who are over 60 were released that evening. The remaining four practitioners were taken to the Yongqing County Detention Center.

27. [Yinan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Ruhui Harassed

Four or five people including officers from the Hutou Town Police Station and the Town Government personnel broke into Ms. Li Ruhui’s home and harassed her at noon on July 16, 2019. They ransacked Ms. Li’s home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and small speakers.

They returned that afternoon to force Ms. Li to sign a guarantee statement (renouncing Falun Gong) and give her fingerprints.

Mr. Ye Youqing was arrested and taken to the Xingsha Detention Center on June 3, 2019 for talking to people about Falun Gong. He was detained for seven days.
