Jan. 5, 2020 |   By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Japan

(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners from Tokyo protested the 20-year-long persecution in front of the Chinese Embassy on December 31, 2019. They displayed banners which read, “Falun Dafa Is Good” and “Stop the Persecution.” Many people drove by slowly to read the banners.

While the world celebrates and welcomes a new year and a new decade, thousands of Falun Dafa practitioners are still jailed or have been killed by the communist regime.

Like practitioners around the world, Falun Dafa practitioners in Japan have peacefully opposed the persecution and clarified the truth to the public for more than 20 years.

Practitioners from Tokyo have protested in front of the Chinese Embassy every New Year's Eve for many years. They also continue their peaceful sitting protest during the day.

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is an advanced cultivation practice of mind and body, first introduced to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in 1992 in China. Since then, millions of people in over 100 countries around the world have taken up the peaceful spiritual practice. The Chinese communist regime launched a brutal persecution of Falun Dafa in 1999, which is still ongoing today.
