(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 4provinces, where at least 9 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Tianjin] Mr. Li Xiangming Sentenced to Three-and-a-half-year in Prison
2. [Beijing] Mr. Wang Shixin Arrested
3. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Ms. Bai Fengyan and Others Sentenced
4. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wu Xuezhang and Ms. Qin Wene Harassed by Police

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xiao Caiju Arrested

1. [Tianjin] Mr. Li Xiangming Sentenced to Three-and-a-half-years in Prison

Mr. Li Xiangming of Beichen District, around 55, was arrested and taken to the Hongqiao District Detention Center by officers from the Jixianli Police Station and Hongqiao District when he was distributing information about Falun Gong on April 19, 2019. In December, 2019 it was learned that Mr. Li was sentenced to three and a half years in prison.

2. [Beijing] Mr. Wang Shixin Arrested

Mr. Wang Shixin from the Anzhen neighborhood, Chaoyang District was arrested and taken to the Chaoyang Police Department by officers from the local police station and agents from the neighborhood committee on the evening of February 14, 2020. His home was ransacked. He was released.

3. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Ms. Bai Fengyan and Others Sentenced

Ms. Bai Fengyan and Ms. Liu Shuyun were sentenced to 18 months in prison. Ms. Li Jie was sentenced to a year in prison.

4. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wu Xuezhang and Ms. Qin Wene Harassed by Police

Officers from Nanliythe ue Township Police Station in Quzhou County raided Mr. Wu Xuezhang’s home and confiscated Falun Gong materials on the morning of February 6, 2020. The officers then went to Ms. Qin Wene’s home and harassed her.

5. [Anyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Qin Xianghua on Trial

Ms. Qin Xianghua, 64, was tried by Long’an District Court on the morning of December 2, 2019. Ms. Qin has been held in the Anyang City Detention Center.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xiao Caiju Arrested

Ms. Xiao Caiju was arrested by officers from the Donghujie Police Station on the afternoon of February 15, 2020. Someone reported her when she talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong and handing out Falun Gong fliers.
