(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 7 cities or counties in 3 provinces, where at least 15 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

6. [Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Cai Suxiang Arrested
7. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] 80 Year Old Ms. Chen Caiping Arrested

1. [Dunhua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Yuzhen Arrested

Ms. Liu Yuzhen, in her seventies, is a resident of Dashitou Town. She was arrested by officers led by Zhao Guoqing, a retired Domestic Security Division head, when she was distributing Falun Gong fliers on February 17, 2020.

Ms. Liu was released that night, but was arrested again at home the next day.

2. [Nong’an County, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Qixue Arrested

Mr. Wang Qixue was arrested by officers from Hepingdajie Police Station on the morning of February 18, 2020. His ninety-year-old mother, and his disabled wife were left at home with no one to look after them. His wife was left paralyzed as a result of being tortured in prison, after being sentenced for four years for her faith.

3. [Tianjin] Seven Practitioners Arrested

Seven practitioners from the Qiqi Neighborhood, Dagang Oil Field, were arrested by officers from Tianjin Domestic Security Division and the local police station on February 14, 2020. Their Falun Gong books and pictures of Falun Gong's founder were confiscated.

Those arrested include Mr. Liu Xiangyan, Ms. Liu Rucen, and Ms. Zhao Xiaoxia. They were released that afternoon.

4. [Huizhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Liuzhen Arrested

Ms. Wang Liuzhen was arrested by twelve police officers from the Huicheng District Police Department on February 14, 2020. Her home was ransacked, and her personal belongings were confiscated.

When she refused to sign the list of confiscated items, the police threatened her son and made him sign it.

Ms. Wang was taken to Xincun Police Station for interrogation. The police forcibly photographed her and took her fingerprints. She was released that afternoon.

5. [Jieyang City, Guangdong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Wang Xirou was arrested on February 11, 2020.

Ms. Huang Aihua and Ms. Chen Meihua from Puning City were arrested by officers from Xiajiashan Police Station on the afternoon of February 16, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Officers from Xiajiashan Police Station and Zhanlong Police Station ransacked their homes that afternoon. Ms. Huang and Ms. Chen are being held in Puning Detention Center.

6. [Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Cai Suxiang Arrested

Ms. Cai Suxiang was arrested on February 12, 2020.

7. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] 80 Year Old Ms. Chen Caiping Arrested

Ms. Chen Caiping, 80, from Dongshan Village, was arrested on February 15, 2020. She is being held in Xi’an. Officers from Liquan County Domestic Security Division and Jianling Police Station climbed a ladder to break into her home. They ransacked the place.

The officers then ransacked the home of Mr. Yuan Huiwu and his brother in the same village. Mr. Yuan has been held in Sanyao Detention Center since September, 2019.
