1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Fu Guixian Sentenced

Ms. Fu Guixian was sentenced to three years in prison. She is incarcerated in the Heilongjiang Women’s Prison.

2. [Yongzhou City, Hunan Province] Ms. Zheng Runfeng’s Appeal Rejected

After two hearings Ms. Zheng Runfeng of Ningyuan County was sentenced to two years in prison and fined 1,000 yuan on September 1, 2021. The Yongzhou City Intermediate Court affirmed the original sentence.

3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Mao Jiaping’s Family Visit Denied

Ms. Mao Jiaping was arrested by officers from the Baiyunjie Police Station on June 2, 2021. She has since been held in the Yaojia Detention Center. Her family is not allowed to visit her because she refuses to renounce Falun Gong. Her 90-year-old father is devastated and fell ill as a result of her arrest.

4. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Fan Wei Faces Trial

Mr. Fan Wei was arrested by officers from the Caibei Police Station in July 2021. The Nanfen District Procuratorate issued an arrest warrant for him on August 3. He was transferred to the Benxi City Detoxification Center and pressured to “transform” (renounce his faith).

The Nanfen Court scheduled a trial against him to be held on November 29, 2021.

5. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yang Jianwei Detained

On the morning of November 5, 2021, Mr. Yang Jianwei rode his motorcycle to his office and was arrested at the gate by a group of people who had been stalking him. He is being held in the Nanshan Detention Center.

6. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yu Dehua Detained

Mr. Yu Dehua was arrested at home on November 1, 2021. Four police officers kicked open his fence, broke into his home, and detained him for three days. On November 3, detention center head Zhang and guards threatened to sentence him to two years in prison if he did not renounce Falun Gong. He was released.

7. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yan Jing Arrested

Ms. Yan Jing was called to the Nancheng Police Station on October 27, 2021, by officers who were carrying out a court order. After she arrived, she was taken to the Jilin Detention Center. The guards did not admit her because she did not pass the physical examination. She was released the same day.

8. [Hunan Province] Mr. Feng Derong Missing

Mr. Feng Derong was abused in the Hunan Forced Labor Camp and suffered a mental collapse as a result. He has been missing for many years.

9. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Xiuzhi and Ms. Guan Ruixiang Arrested

Mr. Li Xiuzhi was arrested at home on the morning of November 9, 2021. Officers from the Jiangzhuang Police Station illegally searched his home and seized a picture of the founder of Falun Gong. They interrogated him in the police station and charged him with “disturbing public order.” He was released at noon.

Ms. Guan Ruixiang was arrested at home by officers from the Jiangzhuang Police Station on November 8, 2021. She was interrogated in the police station and released the same day.

10. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Liping Harassed

Ms. Wang Liping was harassed at home by officers from the Hushitai Town Police Station on the afternoon of November 18, 2021. They ordered her to fill out a form, report her phone number, and be photographed.

11. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qi Xiulang Harassed

Ms. Qi Xiulan was harassed by a group of people on October 13, 2021. The group were from Suining City government, city police department, Nanjinlu Office, and the Tiangongmiao Neighborhood Committee. They ordered her not to practice Falun Gong or distribute any flyers or materials. They threatened to arrest and punish her if she did.

Officers from the Nanjinlu Police Station called her on November 1. They ordered her to report to the station and sign a document renouncing Falun Gong. She did not comply. They threatened her husband and ordered him to sign.

12. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Jingli Faces Trial

Ms. Wang Jingli was arrested on June 10, 2021. She was scheduled be tried in the Daoli Court on November 24.

13. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Li Hongwei Arrested

Li Hongwei (gender unknown) was arrested by officers from Dongfenglu Police Station in the first half of November 2021. Li’s whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Yichang City, Hubei Province] Mr. Yan Yutao Missing

Mr. Yan Yutao, 48, has been repeatedly harassed by officers from the Yunji Police Station. The officers claimed they were “zeroing out” practitioners and would put him in a brainwashing center if he did not sign documents renouncing Falun Gong. He and his mother were severely disturbed. He is now missing.

15. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Zhisheng Arrested

Mr. Wang Zhisheng of Qixia City was arrested at home on the morning of November 18, 2021.

16. [Yangquan City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Geng Jianxin Brainwashed

Mr. Geng Jianxin was called to the Pingding County Domestic Security Division by its head Wang Hongxia on the morning of November 9, 2021. He was taken to a brainwashing center once he got there.

17. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Arrested

Ms. Zhang, first name unknown, was arrested by security from the Shiboyuan Neighborhood District and officers from police station on the morning of November 9, 2021. Her home was ransacked. Her whereabouts are unknown.

18. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Yu Kaixin’s Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Yu Kaixin, 74, was last seen talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in the Wenjiang No. 5 Hospital in mid-September, 2021. It is believed that he was arrested.

19. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhang Chunhe Tried in Court

Ms. Zhang Chunhe of Zengcheng District was tried in the Haizhu District Court on the morning of November 19, 2021.

20. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gou Yurong Harassed, Ms. Wang Ping Detained

Ms. Gou Yurong, 79, was harassed at home. CCP members ordered her to sign a document renouncing Falun Gong. She did not comply. Six or seven officers from the Domestic Security Division came. Two held her on a sofa while others ransacked the place. They seized her computers, printers, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books and materials.

Ms. Wang Ping, Ms. Gou’s 53-year-old daughter, has a gallery and sells artwork. The officers went there and seized her cell phone. Her husband was painting at home. They ordered him to sign. He refused. She and her husband were called to the police station to get back her cell phone on November 18. The couple went there. Her husband was released that afternoon, but she was taken to a detention center.

21. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Peng Xueying Harassed

Ms. Peng Xueying was harassed at home by officers from the Fengming Police Station on November 12, 2021. They ordered her to sign three statements renouncing Falun Gong. She refused. They threatened to take back her low-cost apartment.

22. [Jianping County, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Kuidesu Township Police Station went to a female practitioner’s home and tried to arrest her on November 16, 2021. No one was at home. While they were there, two practitioners, Wang from Taipingzhuang (first name and gender unknown) and a woman from Chaoyang, came to visit her. The officers brought them to the police station but released them two hours later. She heard what happened and left Kuidesu.

Ms. Feng (first name unknown) was arrested on November 18, 2021.

23. [Beijing] Ms. Liu Detained

Ms. Liu, first name unknown, in her 60s, was arrested at home by six or seven officers from the Fengtai District on the morning of November 18, 2021. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Gong books and a picture of the founder of Falun Gong. She was taken to the Yuquanying Police Station. She is being held in the Fengtai District Detention Center.
