(Minghui.org) Practitioners participated in the Baby Boomers Expo held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center from November 12 to 13, 2022. Hundreds of people learned about Falun Dafa during the event.
Expo attendees learn the Falun Dafa exercises.
The expo was crowded and many people stopped by the Falun Dafa booth. Practitioners introduced the self-cultivation practice and the principles, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. They invited interested people to try the exercises.
After learning the exercises a young man said, “I felt the energy. Can we do it again?” After the second time, he smiled and said, “Wow! I don’t know how to describe it. I can feel the energy. It’s a feeling I’ve never had. I’m energized!”
He couldn’t believe such a great practice was free to everyone. He shook hands with practitioners and thanked them for being there. He later brought a young woman to learn the exercises. She was happy to learn them and kept thanking the practitioners. They took information about the group exercise site.
After an elderly lady learned an exercise, she said, “I feel like I’m floating in the air. I feel relaxed and calm. It’s great! I don’t know how to thank you. Where can I learn all these exercises?”
A grandmother also learned to do the exercises, and she brought her daughter and grandson over to the booth so that they could learn the Falun Dafa exercises, too. They all said that they enjoyed the soothing exercises.
A Physical Education teacher told a practitioner, “Sometimes I come home feeling sore all over. I tried Tai Chi, but Falun Dafa is different. I feel great after doing the exercises. Thank you! I’ll be in contact with you!”
A man told a practitioner, “I had a bad car accident. It feels like there are nails in my neck and back. It’s great that I can learn the exercises by moving my arms. I feel calm. I also feel energy flowing in my back, shoulder and neck. Thank you!”
Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) was first introduced to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in Changchun, China, in 1992. The spiritual discipline is now practiced in over 100 countries and regions worldwide. Millions of people who have embraced the teachings, which are based on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and have learned the five exercises, have experienced improved health and well-being.
