“When the curtain opened and the lights on stage appeared, I felt a very strong energy. All the cells in my body felt electrified that all the pores opened up, throughout my body,” Ms. Liu said.
“The energy this year was really very strong, super strong. My abdominal inflammation, joint pain, and arm fracture were all cured.
“Only the divine’s compassion has the ability to resolve all disasters, pain, and diseases... It was a right decision to come. I am now completely illness-free. Thank you, Shen Yun!” she said.
Ms. Liu further explained the three miracles that happened to her while watching Shen Yun:
Her gallbladder was removed when she had surgery for gallstones. During these past several years, she has been very bothered by the pain caused by the inflammation of the wound. Halfway through the performance, the place on her abdomen around the incision started to throb with pain. She then pressed on it as she usually did to continue watching the performance. “But because the programs were so wonderful. I completely forgot about it,” she said.
At the beginning of this year, Ms. Liu's feet began to hurt for no reason, and the tendon became so hard that it could not bend. She had to hold onto the railing to climb stairs. Putting medicine on did not work. She had been suffering this pain for almost four months. “Halfway through the programs, my feet also started to have a throbbing pain. Again, I just touched and rubbed my ankles where the pain was... Because the show was so great, I just focused on watching the programs and the pain just disappeared,” she said.
Over two months ago, Ms. Liu broke her arm and the doctor said that it would be three months before it was completely healed. “So I was watching Shen Yun. The programs were so good and the performers worked so hard, so I couldn’t help it and clapped along... I clapped lightly the first time because I was afraid of the pain. When I clapped the second time, there was a sound. And then my claps got louder and my hands felt easier as I was clapping. It felt like the arm had healed,” she said.
“After I was watching each of Shen Yun’s numbers, I would be inexplicably brought to tears. Especially when in the program there was the Lord Buddha saving sentient beings, I felt this compassion, and would naturally be moved to tears. It was like this glorious feeling of Buddha’s light illuminating everything,” she said.
“The next morning, my feet did not hurt when I bent them or stood. I live on the fifth floor and I went up the stairs three or four times that day. It was very easy. I can also carry things again. I really appreciate Shen Yun.
“I want to say to Shen Yun’s Artistic Director, Mr. D.F.: ‘I really appreciate it. The energy is truly so strong. It gave me this feeling. I am truly very grateful,” Ms. Liu concluded.
