(Minghui.org) To tell people about the 23-year-long persecution of Falun Dafa in China by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), practitioners in Germany recently held peaceful protests outside Chinese embassies and consulate offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg.
Practitioners held activities outside the Chinese embassy in Berlin on July 20, 2022, to expose the regime’s crimes against humanity, including organ harvesting. Passersby stopped to learn the details and showed their support by signing a petition.
That same day, peaceful protests were held outside the Chinese consulate office in Frankfurt. Similar events were held in front of the Chinese consulate in Hamburg on July 23.

Practitioners held a peaceful protest outside the Chinese consulate in Munich on July 20, 2022, and read a letter of support from two Bavarian Members of Parliament. Several passersby signed the petition to call for an end to the persecution after learning about the suppression.

Jonas Geissler, member of the German Parliament and Human Rights Committee of the Christian Social Union (CSU), wrote in his letter: “Falun Gong practitioners have become victims of organ harvesting. This is one of the most terrible crimes violating human rights in history.
“As a Member of Parliament, we will not stop protesting against top-level officials in the CCP’s large-scale action against international law. I want to call on friends in Germany and other countries: We will uphold individual rights in China, and we will see the end of the CCP’s suppression and tyranny!
“The whole world knows the CCP is not China. The 21st century absolutely cannot become an era of totalitarian rule. Therefore, I call on the Chinese government to respect international standards and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights that it signed, stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China at once, release all detained Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience, and stop live organ harvesting! As a member of a human rights committee, I will try my utmost to reach this objective.”
Practitioners protested peacefully outside the Chinese consulate in Düsseldorf and read an open letter to the Consul General.
A similar protest was held on July 20 outside the Chinese consulate in West Düsseldorf, where practitioners read an open letter addressed to the Consul General and consulate employees calling for an end to the persecution and to quit the CCP. The letter was dropped in the office letterbox afterward.
Practitioners wrote: “Falun Gong brought only benefits to China and its people. “Please think about it: If people are prohibited from living by the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, what are the consequences?”
In the letter, practitioners called on the regime to stop the suppression at once, stop stealing organs from practitioners, and punish the perpetrators according to law. The letter also reminded officials in the consulate office that “as Communist Party members, they will be held responsible for the Party’s crimes” and hoped they would renounce their membership and choose a bright future for themselves as well as their family.
Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) was first introduced to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in Changchun, China, in 1992. The spiritual discipline is now practiced in over 100 countries and regions worldwide. Millions of people who have embraced the teachings--which are based on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance--and have learned the five exercises have experienced improved health and well-being.
Jiang Zemin, former head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), perceived the spiritual discipline’s growing popularity as a threat to the CCP’s atheistic ideology, and on July 20, 1999, he issued an order to eradicate the practice.
Under Jiang’s personal direction, the CCP established the 610 Office, an extralegal security organization with the power to override the police and judicial systems and whose sole function is to carry out the persecution of Falun Dafa.
Minghui.org has confirmed the deaths of thousands of practitioners as a result of the persecution over the past 23 years. The actual number is believed to be much higher. Countless practitioners have been imprisoned and tortured for their faith.
There is concrete evidence that the CCP sanctions the harvesting of organs from detained practitioners, who are murdered to supply China’s organ transplant industry.
