(Minghui.org) On June 15, 2024, Falun Dafa practitioners from Hanover and nearby areas held an information day event in the city center. They told people about the benefits of practicing Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, and exposed the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution.

Practitioners informed the public about the brutal persecution Falun Gong practitioners faced in China over the years. Mr. Ding, who lives in Germany, shared his parents’ experiences of being persecuted by the CCP for practicing Falun Gong. Many people stopped to listen attentively and expressed concern. Some asked, “What can we do? How can we help you?”

Many were shocked to learn about the CCP’s organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. They promptly signed a petition to the German government, urging it to publicly oppose the CCP’s persecution.

“It’s Terrible That Such Things Are Happening!”

Twenty-two-year-old Denice signed the petition after learning about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP. She said, “The organ harvesting is unimaginable. Practitioners just want to live normal lives and follow their beliefs. It’s terrible that such things are happening. I don’t understand why this continues without any consequences. Almost no one in my social circle knows about this. People don’t talk about it openly.”

Denice suggested that economic interests might be a factor in this situation. She noted that more and more countries are distancing themselves from the CCP, adding, “I think that’s the right thing to do.”

Denice supports Falun Gong practitioners in their efforts to expose the persecution.

Ms. Robinson, who moved to Germany 35 years ago, was pleased to see practitioners exposing the organ harvesting crimes in public. She said she was aware of this issue in 2013 and wrote to a German TV station, urging them to cover the topic.

She also warned about the CCP’s influence in Germany, noting that its control and surveillance measures “are already among us, waiting for us to fall if we don’t recognize them.”

Ms. Robinson said she agreed with Falun Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. She said, “I strive to practice these principles in every small thing I do.”
