(Minghui.org) The documentary State Organs was screened in Taiwan in October 2024, and the audience responded enthusiastically. Despite threatening letters from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) the film was shown nearly 300 times across Taiwan, giving people the opportunity to understand the nature of the CCP. On January 11, 2025, the documentary was screened again at the Yunlin County Labor Recreation Center in Taiwan, and a discussion was held afterwards.

The discussion was hosted by Dr. Yu Hui-yun, Associate Professor of the Department of Business Administration at Yunlin University of Science and Technology. Mr. Li Cheng-hsiung, a master of law from the University of Notre Dame and former prosecutor of the Military District Prosecutor’s Office, and Dr. Cheng Cheng-bing, professor of the Department of Finance at Yunlin University of Science and Technology and editor-in-chief of the magazine, Thinking and Speaking, answered audience members’ questions.

Mr. Li said there were many threatening messages since the film began being shown in Taiwan: including threats of bombs being planted and petrol bombs being thrown, as well as breaking in venues to stab or shoot people. These threats were made in an attempt to stop the organizers from showing the film. The organizers overcame their fear, insisted on exposing the truth, and continued showing the film.

He said that when Chinese military doctor Zheng Zhi came to Taiwan, he revealed that the military hospital asked him to come up with a plan: “How to take the organs of Taiwanese people and transplant them into wounded Chinese soldiers during wartime, occupy the island and eliminate the residents.” When talking about the CCP’s forced organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, Zheng Zhi said, “You Taiwanese are so kind. They (the CCP) treat people as human mines, and treat Taiwanese people the same as Falun Gong practitioners. There are only 23 million people in Taiwan, so occupying the island and eliminating the residents would be a trivial thing for the CCP.”

Zheng Zhi also described the CCP’s brutal and inhumane treatment of its own soldiers. He said that when a senior CCP official had an eye disease, the doctors at a military hospital discussed how to harvest the eyes from a pilot who had excellent eyesight. The selected pilot’s eyes were removed while he was alive. He was the 18-year-old soldier in the movie. His throat was cut so he could not scream, and he was not given anesthesia. Zheng Zhi said the CCP treats its own soldiers so cruelly.

“The military has long been engaged in live organ harvesting, and does it secretly to serve their superiors,” he said. “They have no scruples in framing and accusing Falun Gong practitioners, imprisoning them on trumped-up charges, and wantonly suppressing them by harvesting their organs while they are alive.”

Reserving a Theater for More Screenings

One audience member said, “Many people are numb to the CCP—they are brainwashed, indulge in comfort, and don’t care about Taiwan’s crisis.”

Mr. Li said that many young people watched the film, realized their responsibilities, stood up to support it, and even booked a theater for more screenings. One man booked a theater in Kaohsiung, and Mr. Guan, the head of Lion Films, went to Kaohsiung to discuss the film after it was screened.

Evil Will Never Prevail Over Good

Mr. Li continued, “Taiwan has democracy, freedom, peace, and kindness, and is a kind and blessed land. Taiwanese people believe in divine beings. I absolutely believe that Taiwan will not be ruled by the CCP, because heaven has been watching over it since ancient times.

“Falun Gong’s principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are a powerful force in society. I believe that the power of good will definitely defeat evil, and evil will never prevail over good. The CCP is afraid because divine beings are helping us, and good will prevail over evil is an eternal truth.”

He recommended audience members read two books: Irrefutable Evidence and Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. He said, “The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party thoroughly exposes the nature of the communist party and is worth reading.”

Stand Up to Support and Spread the Truth

Dr. Cheng Cheng-bing said, “This film screening is very successful. It’s great! I’m very moved!” He gave a thumbs up and said, “We are very grateful to Falun Gong practitioners, The Epoch Times, Sound of Hope, and other media outlets that report on this. You are all dedicated and selfless, which is really amazing.”

More People Should Support This Film

After Rotary Club member Ms. Tsai Han-lin watched the film she said, “I was deeply moved. I admire Falun Gong practitioners very much. In the past, I only heard that they were persecuted, but I didn’t know why and couldn’t understand it. Now I understand it clearly.”

She said that everyone should volunteer to promote this film, and everyone in Taiwan should watch it, “Although we cannot save these persecuted people, we should volunteer, support and rescue them. This is what we should do.

“This movie can really save Taiwan, Falun Gong practitioners, myself, my children, family and friends. I will tell more people about it. Everyone should support this movie.”

Another audience member said, “The discussion was successful and informative. What several professors talked about helps motivate young students and audience members to safeguard democracy, freedom, and human rights. My child told me, ‘Mom, send me the website of the movie State Organs. I will show it to my classmates and friends who didn’t come. I will share it in my groups on Facebook so that more people can watch it. This is very important. We must take the initiative to protect our country and safeguard our democracy, freedom and human rights. Everyone has this responsibility.’”

Yu Guan said, “The screening and discussion went well.” He said that his friend read the false reports in overseas media last week, but after watching the movie he understood the truth and asked how to learn Falun Gong.
