(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 7 provinces, where at least 14 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Guang’an City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Huang Dagui Formally Arrested, Ms. Guo Qun Detained

Ms. Huang Dagui was followed and arrested on September 3, 2025 while she was distributing Falun Gong flyers. She has been held in Jialing District Regulation Center. Her case was submitted to the local procuratorate on September 11. She was formally arrested around September 18.

Ms. Guo Qun, 60, of Yilong County, was arrested at an unknown time and is being held in the Jialing District Regulation Center.

2. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Sumei Detained

Ms. Li Sumei was arrested at home on the morning of September 30, 2025 by a group of officers from Lianxi Police Station. They ransacked her place and took her to the police station. They said she was recorded by surveillance camera while distributing Falun Gong flyers. She is being held in the Handan City Third Detention Center.

3. [Fenxi County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Wang Jumei Detained, Ms. Guo Jinlian Arrested

Ms. Wang Jumei was arrested by officers from Yong’an Town Domestic Security Division and Yong’an Town Police Station on September 28, 2025. They ransacked her home and confiscated her computers, Falun Gong books and printouts. She was taken to the hospital for a physical exam the next morning and then admitted to the Linfen City Detention Center.

Ms. Guo Jinlian was arrested by Yong’an Town Police Station officers on the evening of September 29, 2025. She was taken to the Linfen City Third Hospital for physical exam the next afternoon.

4. [Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Fan Mei Harassed

Ms. Fan Mei distributed Falun Gong flyers on May 13, 2025 and was recorded by surveillance camera. Five people from Huangzhuang Police Station, domestic security division, and 610 Office tailed her to her apartment. They ransacked her place, seized four media players, three cell phones, computer, tablet, two copies of Zhuan Falun, handwritten copies of Falun Gong lectures, and Falun Gong printouts. They didn’t show their identifications nor a search warrant, except saying they were police.

5. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Fuxing Detained

Mr. Wang Fuxing, 62, was taken to the Jinan City Detention Center by Changqing Police Department on September 30, 2025.

6. [Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Song Ruixiang Detained

Ms. Song Ruixiang, 73, talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong on September 8, 2025. She was reported, arrested, and held in the Zhaoyuan County Domestic Security Division on the same day. She was later taken to the Daqing Second Detention Center. Her family has not been allowed to visit her or drop off clothes for her. On September 28, the domestic security captain notified her family that the Ranghulu District Procuratorate had issued a formal arrest warrant against her.

7. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Xie Xianfang Harassed

Ms. Xie Xianfang of Bajiaojing Town was harassed at home by Gongnong Village Police Station officers on the afternoon of September 29, 2025. They seized her picture of the founder of Falun Gong and Falun Gong printouts, took her to the police station, and pressed her for the source of the printouts. She did not cooperate and was released after midnight. The police later gave her 15 days of detention and took her blood sample.

Her son, who doesn’t practice Falun Gong, was repeatedly called and summoned by the police during the period.

8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Many Practitioners Harassed

Several practitioners were harassed at home by Masanjia Police Station officers on September 8, 2025. Two officers went to the home of Xiaoling (alias) and ordered her to sign a document. Her elderly and ailing mother was frightened and kept crying. Another two practitioners also received harassing calls.

Mr. Li Yaohua was harassed at home by Guanghui Police Station officers on September 24, 2025. They took his blood sample against his will. Several elderly female practitioners living nearby had their blood drawn, too.

9. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Xiuling Harassed

Ms. Zhang Xiuling was harassed at home around 7 p.m. on September 25, 2025, by four officers from the Guanshui Town Police Station. They ransacked the place, seized a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, over 30 Falun Gong books, printouts of Falung Gong content, desktop calendars with information about Falun Gong, two media players, and other items. While they didn’t take her away, they called her several times the next day, ordering her to report to the police station for an interrogation. She went and was forced to sign her case document.
