1. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ma Yanping Arrested

Ms. Ma Yanping, 67, from Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, was arrested at around 8 p.m. on September 19, 2025 at a night market near the Shenyang Aerospace University subway station in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, while talking to people about Falun Gong. She was released from the Shenyang City Lockup on October 5.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Li Xiuying Released From Prison

Ms. Li Xiuying completed her two-year prison sentence and was released on September 5, 2025.
