(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 15 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Cang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Jin Yue Faces Trial

Ms. Jin Yue has been indicted. A hearing might take place in October 2025.

2. [Songzi City, Hubei Province] Ms. Fu Zhen Detained

Ms. Fu Zhen, around 60, didn’t return home after she went out for errands on the afternoon of October 3, 2025. Her family asked around and finally learned that she was held in the local police station. She was arrested after being reported for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

3. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Liu Chunlan was arrested in late September 2025. She was scheduled to be released on October 10.

Mr. Zhang Xiansheng and Yang, gender and first name unknown, were arrested by the police from Shenyang. Details about their arrests weren’t available.

4. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Detang Detained

Mr. Zhang Detang, his wife and son went to the Shennongjia Forestry District in August 2025 for a summer retreat. He was arrested there and has been detained since.

5. [Chongqing] Several Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Xiong Qingzhi, Wang, gender and first name unknown, and several other practitioners were arrested on September 24, 2025, when they met in Lijiatuo Garden.

6. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Updates Regarding Practitioners Arrested on August 29

At least nine practitioners were arrested on August 29, 2025, ahead of the Chinese Communist Party’s military parade in Beijing on September 3, 2025. Most of them had their homes ransacked.

Ms. Tang Deqiong was admitted to the local detention center despite her dangerously high blood pressure. During her detention, the police ransacked her home two more times. She and Ms. Yang Yuqiong were released on bail on September 15, 2025.

Another four practitioners, including Ms. Cheng Donglan, Ms. Zhang Yutao, Mr. Wu Cailian, and Ms. Zeng Niang, were released on September 22, 2025.

The case status for Ms. Li Daolan, and Ms. Song Pingxiu, is unknown.
