(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 7 provinces, where at least 19 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

9. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wu Xiuying and Ms. Du Yanzun Summoned by Police

11. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Released After 14 Years of Imprisonment

1. [Luoning County, Henan Province] Practitioner Fan Xiaozhi Arrested

Fan Xiaozhi, gender unknown, was arrested at home by officers from the Huizu Town Police Station and the Urban Police Station on November 14, 2025. Fan’s Falun Gong books were confiscated.

2. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Harassed or Arrested

Several practitioners from Taocun Town were harassed or arrested at home by officers from the Taocun Town Police Station and the Qixia City 610 Office around 4 a.m. or 5 a.m. on November 5, 2025. The practitioners’ homes were ransacked. Four computers from Lin Quanmei’s home were confiscated.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Jia’an Arrested

Mr. Wang Jia’an, 75, was arrested on the evening of November 7, 2025, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. He was given 15 days of detention.

4. [Wu’an City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Junwang Detained

Mr. Li Junwang, in his 60s, was arrested by Xitushan Township Police Station officers on October 5, 2025, for publishing videos on Kuaishou, a social media platform. He has been detained ever since.

5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Feng Fengxin, Ms. Zhao Jinxian, and Ms. Li Baorong were harassed at home on the morning of November 12, 2025, by Fan Yupan, a local community staff member, along with three officers including Cui Jianlong from the Xing’an Police Station. They asked the practitioners if they still practiced Falun Gong. The practitioners refused to talk to them.

6. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yulian Harassed

Ms. Liu Yulian, in her 80s, was harassed at home by four officers from the Bacha Road Police Station and the Linqing City Domestic Security Division on November 13, 2025. They forcefully took her to the procuratorate to sign documents. Ms. Liu refused to cooperate and began to go into uncontrollable spasms. The officers grabbed her hand to get her fingerprints. After they took her home, they searched her place and confiscated four Falun Gong books and a media player.

7. [Wu’an City, Hebei Province] Mr. Jia Tianxing Released After Serving an 18-Month Term

Mr. Jia Tianxing was recorded distributing Falun Gong informational materials by surveillance cameras. He was arrested by officers from the Industrial Park Police Station in January 2024 and sentenced to 18 months by the Ci County Court in Handan City on May 8, 2024. He was released in late October 2025.

8. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Zhanqing Detained

Mr. Wang Zhanqing was arrested on October 15, 2025. He was detained for 15 days in the Lingyuan City Detention Center and released on October 30, 2025.

9. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wu Xiuying and Ms. Du Yanzun Summoned by Police

Ms. Wu Xiuying and Ms. Du Yanzun were summoned by Shigang Boulevard Police Station officers on November 10, 2025. They were released later that day.

10. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Huzhe Arrested

Mr. Li Huzhe was arrested at work on November 13, 2025. He was taken to the Yanji City Police Department for interrogation. He refused to cooperate and was released around 4 p.m.

11. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Released After 14 Years of Imprisonment

Mr. Yue Baoqing, Mr. Kang Changjiang, and Ms. Tian Xiaoping, were arrested on November 13, 2011, and sentenced to 14 years in prison each. They were released on November 12 and November 13, 2025.

12. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Tan Guangming Harassed

Ms. Tan Guangming, 71, was reported to the police for giving a Falun Gong book to a villager in early October 2025. The police searched her home and confiscated one booklet. They warned Ms. Tan not to distribute Falun Gong materials. Since Ms. Tan’s husband was seriously ill and she had to take care of him, they didn’t take her away.
