1. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Suxia Arrested

Ms. Feng Suxia was issued a formal arrest warrant on October 22, 2025.

2. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Yanzhi Sentenced to One Year in Prison

Ms. Li Yanzhi was sentenced to one year in prison and fined 5,000 yuan by the Yinzhou District Court on October 27, 2025.

3. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Tang Guiyan, Mr. Wang Liwu and his wife Xiong, Xia, and a practitioner whose name wasn’t known, were arrested on October 28, 2025 when they talked to people about Falun Gong in a local market. The police ransacked Ms. Tang’s home and confiscated her Falun Gong books, a photo of Falun Gong’s founder, and some wall calendars.

4. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Sun Yan Detained

Ms. Sun Yan was arrested by local police on October 9, 2025. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books and some other personal belongings. She was detained for 15 days in the Nanpi County Detention Center.

5. [Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Jun Arrested

Mr. Li Jun from Yanbian was arrested in August 2025 while working in Changchun, the capital of Jilin.

6. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Practitioner He Yongfeng Arrested

He Yongfeng was arrested by police on August 28, 2025 for putting up Falun Gong stickers. The police ransacked He’s home and confiscated the Falun Gong books and a photo of Falun Gong’s founder.

7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Wenru Harassed

Ms. Liu Wenru was harassed at home around 7 p.m. on August 8, 2025. The police knocked on her door, but no one opened it for them. The police then cut off her power supply. They stayed around for about 20 minutes and then left.

8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Sun Xiaofeng and His Family Harassed

Mr. Sun Xiaofeng was arrested by Baiyun Police Station officers on September 11, 2025 for putting up stickers about Falun Gong. He was held in the Jinjia Street Lockup for 10 days.

Several officers went to Mr. Sun’s home on the morning of October 24, 2025. They ransacked his home, and confiscated several Falun Gong books and a photo of Falun Gong’s founder. His wife was harassed by several officers the next evening.

9. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Some Practitioners Detained in the Brainwashing Center

Some of the practitioners who were arrested on August 28, 2025 have been transferred to Xinglongshan Legal Education Center, a brainwashing center in disguise.

10. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Dong Zhongxia Detained

Ms. Dong Zhongxia was arrested on August 14, 2025. She was detained for one month and has been released on September 13, 2025.

11. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Yang Xiaodong Detained

Mr. Yang Xiaodong was arrested by Chengle West Road Police Station officers on September 16, 2025. He was detained in the Xincheng District Detention Center and released on bail on October 24, 2025, after the Xincheng District Procuratorate didn’t approve his arrest.
