(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 6 provinces, where at least 17 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.
Ms. Wang Suying and Ms. Xiao Guimei were reported to the police by a village official when talking to people about Falun Gong in Lijiayao Village of Longmen Town. They were arrested by Longmen Town Police Station officers on November 21, 2025 and given eight days at the Zhangjiakou City Lockup.
Ms. Song Ruixiang was indicted on November 14, 2025, and is now facing trial by the Ranghulu District Court.
Mr. Liu Yuangen and his non-practitioner wife were arrested at their shop by over ten officers on November 19, 2025. The police ransacked their home and confiscated Falun Gong books and informational materials. Mr. Liu’s wife was released at 4 p.m.
Ms. Wang Huiling, Mr. Kang Wei and Mr. Cui Mingzhi were arrested on November 3, 2025. Mr. Kang and Mr. Cui were released next day. Ms. Wang is still detained. The police have submitted their case to the Xinmin City Procuratorate.
Ms. Zhang Liqin, 74, was arrested at another practitioner’s home on September 16, 2025. She has been detained in the Shenyang City First Detention Center since.
Ms. Wang Lina, Ms. Lei Min, Ms. Wang Xiuli, and Mr. Gao Hongwei were arrested by plainclothes officers while distributing Falun Gong calendars on November 7, 2025.
Ms. Liang Chunqiao, in her 50s, was arrested on November 17, 2025, after being reported for putting up Falun Gong posters in a residential compound. Her home was ransacked.
Ms. Xie Ci was recorded by surveillance cameras in late September 2025 while putting up Falun Gong posters in Tianjin, when she went there to visit her family. She was arrested by Zhongbei Town Police Station officers in Tianjin, and released the next day. She has returned to Xinji.
Officers from the Zhongbei Town Police Station and Xinji City Police Department went to Xinji to arrest Ms. Xie on November 4, 2025. When they didn’t find her, they went to her parent’s home to search for her. They threatened to put her on the wanted list if she didn’t turn herself in.
Ms. Guo Yulan, in her 70s, was harassed recently by the police and Hekou Village officials. They took photos of her against her will.
Ms. Zhang Kezhen, nearly 80, was arrested by Mengshui Town Police Station officers in mid-November 2025.
